Good location for a very basic stay. Small room. Hotel staff did not use a face mask and did not ask guests to use them - even though it was required by the local regulations.

Pleasant stay, good breakfast, mini gym was nice. Shame the pool was out of service. Light set up in the room was not the most intuitive

All of the staff were helpful, polite and well dressed especially the breakfast supervisor and the receptionist, they both seem to enjoy the work they are doing , chapeau to them both.

Already aged. In December desyatochka cool in the room, no iplogo bathroom floor, that damp and uncomfortable. Poaching in the duct directly over the bath. In the room nothing dries. In the pool cold, especially in the locker room! Breakfast is miserable. Although in July was normal, with fish and eggs. The staff are certainly polite. But is it possible for the staff to pay 100€? I do not recommend.

Great place ! Lived here during a business travel to EHV. Very close to EHV train and bus station ,also located at a walkable distance to market & restaurants nearby. Breakfast options are excellent. Feedback: Gym equipments need to be maintained clean.also, size of gym is very small for the capacity of the hotel.

So far a mixed experience.
Receptionist Demi was very friendly and welcoming, and she assured me that she'll do everything possible to accommodate my early check-in request that I submitted during the booking. 3 hours later I'm still at the reception waiting for my room while several other guests arrived after me were checked in with no problem. This is not the experience I'm used to from my previous visits to IHG hotels
