A great hotel with excellent value for money. The welcome and the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and very warm, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is new and clean. The seating areas in the lobby are also very nice. Even though there is no spa, the staff recommended nearby spa salons to us. Their WhatsApp line works very well. They were very attentive even during the checkout process. I definitely recommend it.

Our stay was overall okay, but the room could benefit from better maintenance. We noticed some wear and tear, such as stains on the ceiling and a cracked sink, which affected the overall comfort. The location is good and the staff was friendly, but with a bit more care and upkeep, the rooms could offer a much better experience.

Definitely recommend,superbly located in the city centre and quiet area. Ana on reception was so welcoming and helpful, the hotel is exceptionally clean and rooms crisp and fresh too. Will definitely be staying again when we next visit our dutch friends who live in Eindhoven.

the stay was lovely, the location is very good, well connected to the central station, very close to a lively area with very good restaurants. The room was very clean and cosy, warm. Service very good. Brekfast could be improved, more vegetables would be welcome. You can always enjoy free coffee and tea at the reception. Highly recommended!

Good location and nice lobby. Best thing is 24/7 compliment coffee and tea at lobby bar. Room 207 has very poor design: no useful space for luggages and bath towels at all. It is a family room, not sure if other rooms are the same. Shower drain very slowly even after they fixed it. Fitness room is ok.

Not great
Friendly staff that were happy to help. However our stay was not a good one. Lots of external noise during my stay. Room very basic and curtains did not fully cover the windows. I was not informed of roadworks that commenced during the stay. Had a laundry collection with trolleys being loaded and unloaded at 5AM for almost an hour one of the mornings.

Uncomfortable beds, very noisy to the rooms around you, especially noises from above.
