My room had not been cleaned after the previous guest left. The bed was not made, the soaps had been used, there was rubbish in the bins and there were excrement stains in the toilet. There were no toilet brushes in any of the rooms to clean up after oneself so that wasn't very surprising. Tip for the hotel: get some, they aren't that expensive.
The guy at the reception was very helpful in finding me an alternative room, but after viewing several, it became apparent that the whole of the second floor hadn't been cleaned. He told me this was a regular occurrence.
Eventually he found me a clean room on another floor, which - bonus! - was an upgrade to the one I had booked.
I left before breakfast, but they provide take-away breakfast boxes if you request them. Didn't have one because breakfast was quite pricey.
Location is great though, very close to central station.

Room fairly ok. Carpet havent seen shampoo in years. Bed seemed clean. Would rate it higher if receptionist did not walk in my room 03:40 thinking the room was empty (sme guy was doing check in earlier) had conversation in later in the morning with other receptionist but no compensation. So I do not recommend even with good location.

Absolute disaster!!!
Rooms weren't cleaned. Staff was unfriendly and not really willing to help, seemed even amused by our anger. Instead of solving the problem, they offered to cancel the reservation and refund the money (which is absolutely not the point when you book a room for attending a concert).
Room got cleaned during the afternoon though, check-in was therefore not possible until the late evening. Luggage was not stored, as promised, in a locked room, but in the lobby.
Besides us, at least three other guests had the same problem.
Power sockets in the room partly didn't work, shower head was leaking badly. Quality of the room not worth the price of 150€ (!!!) per night.
Only positive thing to say is the central location of the hotel. Easily reachable if you travel by train.
Overall, never ever again. We were relieved when checking out and heading home the next morning.

Our stay started with a 40 minute wait for somebody to show up to the reception, after they did, we did not even get a key card for the room. Every time we wanted to go back in staff would have to open it for us. The room was freezing cold, when we tried to warm it up with the AC it didn’t work, the workers told us they can’t fix it and there was no option of switching. The carpet in the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever. We did not feel comfortable, the only convenience is the location. The staff was very kind, but unhelpful as any issue that was brought up was not fixed.

Rooms with no windows, more than shady motel than 3-stars hotel. Not the cleanest one either. For double room we get only one duvet, I asked staff for a second one but reception guy refused saying he doesn't have any spare for whole hotel! There is AC in the room but it barely works, doesn't make a difference. Location is good, but it's not worth it. Don't go there.

The room we were in was terrible, the nightstands were full of dust, quite dirty, the bathroom has nothing to do with the pictures on the internet. Shower curtain doesn't even fit so it cannot even be closed while showering.There was mold in every corner in the room. When you turn on the light in the bathroom air fan is to loud and keeps working after you turn off light also hair dryer is not working. Simply something I would not have paid for if I had known it was so. :/

Checking in on Sept. 10, 2022, in a heat wave. Our room was a box, one of a square of added rooms. The only window was out to the enclosed square. Three walls were blank. The air co wasn't working, yet we were not told that a fan was available. We couldn't sleep well yet we were offered no adjustment to our bill, only shrugs, telling us they had fans after the fact. We paid $179 for stale air and miserable conditions in the least attractive, least comfortable room ever. A huge disappointment.

booked the hotel for my family visit. Apparently the AC system has been broken since no-one-know. My room was decent but temperature felt like hell. the only solution is with a small table fan with no solution to open the window. Without heating is fine, but this room was way too hot even without the aircon and the corridor is even much much better than inside.
Found some dirt under the bed. improvement is totally needed

First room we got one toilet roll and air con was dripping. It wasn't the best room for lighting and windows etc. Second room beds were bad for dipping. Easily fallen out of during sleep. One of us did fall mid sleep

Good place in the city center, close to restaurants, mall and main station. Perfect for short stay. Clean and well equipt bathroom. Small breakfast and lack of normal window, at least in my room, so maybe it's better to ask for it before check-in. During check-in I was aware that 'I am not allowed to eat my food in the room'. Can understand that they want to persuade people to eat in their restaurant, or many guests were leaving mess, but find it a little bit rude. However, it wasn't bad, can recommend this hotel.
