+++ Great location, helpfull staff and sumptuous and tasty breakfast at a great price.

(Minuses) No place for work (a quiet study/office room) which I believe would be a great addition.

Extremely hot in the pod - the room is ventilated but the air doesn’t reach the individual pods.

Rooms and toalet is clean and tidy. The staff is hospitable. Lockers are Inside rooms but if you do not have your own lock you can buy one at the reception though card only, cash is not accepted. Cafe bar within the Hostel is really nice but closes before 11 pm even on weekends. The location is ok to me. The city centre is within walking distance from the hostel. Good experience over all. Only down side for me is that there was no securiry personel in the hostel, at least not at the time of my arrival.

As a sleepover for airport flight next morning worked just fine. Rooms and facilities are clean. Nice, warm (too warm?) silent rooms for 12 people. Staff was there in evening and morning for little that you need them. Location is perfect for early airport flight since 401 bus is about 100 m away.
Downside is that staircase and space outside of rooms is rough (concrete without finishing etc) so it's not so comfy to hang there when you leave your room for call or something. But since price is very affordable who cares. There is adjacent bar to entrance but haven't been there.
Recommended as good value for cheap hostel.

I was nice stay. I had privacy, there was a curtain. Quiet, toilet, bathroom clean and beside the room. I could charge a telephone beside my bed. Location is great, there is train and bus station Strijp S. I will go there the next time when visiting Eindhoven and area. Big industrial building.

Extremely disappointing experience.

We booked a private room (€79) and immediately noticed the dates were wrong. Their system automatically changed selected dates without warning because of a technical issue. We contacted them within minutes.

Instead of finding a fair solution all they did was move our booking for almost double the price.

We tried to discuss it at our Check-In but the receptionist was very rude and just said it wasn’t their responsibility and that we should contact customer service, who then blatantly ignored our emails.

At checkout, another guest reported the exact same issue, proving this is not an isolated case. So they are repeatedly misleading guests and causing them to overpay.

The hostel itself was way below standard: a lot of noise, poor cleanliness, a malfunctioning elevator, and a really horrible smell, especially in the room. Considering we ended up paying about €150 per night, this is unacceptable.

No accountability, poor service, and not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Absolutely nice unusual hotel. For solo travellers, or party goers. Though, I am not sure about families with children.

Would recommend the blue collar all day long. Large spacious rooms with comfy clean beds. Almost all the staff were so lovely & friendly, going above & beyond to help, 1 female bar staff wasn't approachable which was unfortunate & brought the atmosphere down.

Hotel is nice, conveniently located for the airport and has a good price.

Unfortunately there was a piece of glass on the floor of my room which caused me a very deep and large wound on the sole of my foot, which is not a nice way to start your vacation, this tells me the room wasnt thoroughly vacuumed and is the reason I wont be giving 5 stars

The building was a bit old. There is no English channels for people that does not understand dutch.
