The overall feeling is good, but parking is a bit expensive. In addition, the road is under construction, and the navigation to the hotel always fails to reach the destination, which is a bit of a bad experience

Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and ******* nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)

We had an excellent 3-night stay at The Social Hub The Hague! The place is modern, welcoming, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed

I travelled a lot and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Location was super convenient, just few minutes walk from The Hague HS train station. The room and hotel's amenities are all perfect

I also feel safe around the accommodation as to get into everywhere, you need keys - so it makes me feel safe. There is also free laundry but can be quite full as the place seems to be full of students as well

You can really tell when someone enjoys what they do, and Micq definitely made our experience even better. We highly recommend The Social Hub The Hague — we’ll definitely be coming back!

However I have a pleasant sleep here. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back to Den Haag or maybe when I go to other cities that have Social Hub, I’ll stay in this chain :)

A special mention goes to Micq at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us with a big smile, helped us with our check-in, and gave us great tips about the city

Road work made access to parking very tricky.

Nice location, a bit in the middle of the city and the beach. Pier is very close. City center can be reached by tram easily. Good for business travel.

Due to Corona, the restaurant was closed. However they found a way to still offer their welcome drink, breakfast and snacks. The staff were helpful and had a great sense of humor. Thank you!

Perfect service, got a free room upgrade and the service team decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday. Can totally recommend the Novotel and will definitely visit it again!

Perfect tram, buses, 5 to 10 mins walking. Bay view 20 mins walking, restaurant near by too. Relaxing view from our room to outside

It's also not a long walk from the station, which was a good opportunity to get acquainted with the surroundings. I only stayed for one day, but I left with a great impression of The Hague

The room decor had a distinct Dutch feel and was very cozy overall. The staff were also very welcoming, though I was a bit unhappy with being on the first floor

About the location, the train station is near and tram station but it is around one hour to Amesterdam central station. About the amenities, it was very good if the hotel has a spa with just a sauna and a steam room

The service was really good, but the distance from the closest train station is an issue as it is a 20mins walk and with my belongings it took me a good 30 mins.

Have booked this place multiple times for our family members when they visit this city, we love how it is convenient to get to from the airport (direct train) + just 2 tram stops from Den Haag city center + extremely competitive pricing

We had an issue with a double booking (not the hotel fault) and they helped us the best they could and as fast as possible

Our stay was perfect! The room was very comfortable and we benefited from a free upgrade which was a good surprise

The breakfast was good with lots of choices. And it’s nice that there is a swimming pool. Tram 1 stops directly at the hotel, so it’s easy to go to the city center or to Scheveningen

Regarding the parking and dog fees, we regularly travel by car and with the dog and have never come across a hotel with such high fees for these two things, despite staying in quite nice places

The gym is well equipped - other hotels could learn. The room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable, the bed being perfect for a good nights rest with plenty of pillows

Breakfast was nice, although I’d welcome some super foods section, one would expect a hotel of this level would have a wider variety of food options. All was quality though, just a bit repetitive for a longer stay

I would stay here again because of the decent price of the room and the really good breakfast

Check-in was via computer, especially these days (unfortunately), but there was someone available to help if needed, and the staff was friendly. So, a pretty nice hotel, though quite pricey

The shower was pretty hard to stop it from leaking and the bathroom showed its age. The check in can be confusing and awkward and when I showed up there was no one there to help

First the good: We stayed here in January and were very happy with our room at the back of the hotel. It was quiet and overall we had a great stay. Rooms look very modern and pretty

Good restaurant opportunities in the area. Car parking can only be booked on site and if available. I might return for short stays Romain (de Luxembourg)

Now the bad: We’re currently (2 months later) staying here again and now we have a room that is very noisy. A lot of cold is coming from the balcony door/window, so maybe something is wrong there

Great location, good bedding. I had very good night sleep. The breakfast is OK, but nothing special. The whole cleaning routine with the COVID is a bit questionable, but overall not too dirty.

This is a super hotel to stay at. In the city centre, a walk from all the shops and a short taxi ride from central station. It is also well maintained with clean and neat decor and helpful, polite staff

The room itself was clean (ok) but the bathroom was disgusting. I guess they did not deep clean the toilet and the bathroom mirror. The service was really sweet and the location is perfect!

I thought 18 euro for breakfast was expensive but Starbucks is 5 mins away so we went there instead

The front desk first assigned a room that was already occupied, then the replacement room had unusable power outlets, and the final room was missing slippers and bathrobes

The rooms were clean and modern. There was plenty of choice too at breakfast where again the staff couldn't do anymore to make you feel comfortable. We also used the bar in the evening and again the service was excellent

The cold meat plateau with dips was excellent. The Angus burger was beautifully cooked and flavoursome. All washed down with a pint of the local 'Blond' amber nectar!! The staff were were attentive and friendly

This is the first time for us to stay here. The hotel room and the bathroom is quite large. The location is perfect, silent and safe. We really love this hotel.

The location is very good, very close to the city center and just a few minutes from Chinatown. The only drawback is the carpet in the room, which had visible stains, and a few moldy spots on the silicone in the bathtub.

Clean hotel in a central and convenient location (a few minutes walk to a tram and bus stop). The reception smells good and the staffs are nice. Our room looks a bit outdated though we got one with a tub

In room details, it states there is a minibar, in fact, there is none. We asked the reception for the missing minibar, it seems that only suite room has one. Overal stay is good.

Good location in historic area of Den Haag. Our room overlooked the beautiful palace grounds. Very quiet considering we’re in the city. Older building but fully modern. Everything you would expect in a 4 star hotel

Coffee machine was not that good, nor very clean. The coffee machine downstairs used to be on for customers but it's been off for a long time now. The bathtub in the small room was a good bonus

A very beautiful hotel! The location is fantastic! The front desk and doorman services were also excellent! The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned perfectly on the third day, but otherwise it was impeccable

Lovely stay. Great view to the beach with easy access. Hotel is located toward the end of the beach which was quiet but yet near everything close by. Convenient with the parking garage right near the hotel.

Excellent public transport - the last stop right next to the hotel, 20-30 minutes to the center or to almost any interesting point in the city. I liked it! Very nice for a business trip!

The location is excellent – very central and convenient. The room was quite spartan but had everything we needed. Cleanliness was generally good, although there was a strong odor in the bathroom that was hard to ignore

A few tips (and nothing more) include a very small shower area (the water flows quite a distance) and a small stool with bars to sit on (to dry your feet). We'd love to return; also for the excellent food!

Our stay was very nice, staff was friendly. We had breakfast included and a one night dinner. It lived up to our expectations. The curtains took us by surprise though when we walked in, the room seemed blue

We had a "Comfort Room" and it was absolutely amazing. Great service and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods and was delicious.

Great stay at Novotel Den Haag City Centre. Comfortable hotel right in the heart of The Hague, located in De Passage, the oldest shopping arcade in the Netherlands (since 1885)

I would have given 5 stars if not for the noise we could hear from the mall by the window. Otherwise the facilities were great, the reception people were super nice and breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay here, as well as the free breakfast. Reception was very nice and stored our luggage for us for the day. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was a good size (and a cool blue night light)

This Holiday Inn in the heart of The Hague, among its attractive sites and great restaurants, particularly impressed me by the hospitality of its staff, which began at the reception by Karin and Thiimen and continued warmly during breakfast by the team of Alex (specially amazing), Tisha and Julli

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Mauritshuis and surrounded by many restaurants. As an established chain hotel, the quality is quite good. Breakfast is a bit simple, and parking is expensive.

It is a place you just feel comfortable in, yet it has everything you want. The rooms are very well done and good sized. Again a comfortable experience, I was there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed myself

It's a pretty good hotel in Europe, with large rooms and comfortable beds. However, the hotel details page says that slippers and toiletries are provided, but they weren't available on-site

There are some comfy lounge areas downstairs If paying up to EUR150 during normal season, I would say it is good value

Satisfaction for eyes! Stylish modernism, we had a very spacious (!!!) room, staff was helpful, breakfasts are not too big, but tasty (various styles of omelettes, fresh veggies, nice pastry)
