We had a pleasant stay, but a few things were a bit disappointing, such as the shower (door) which was very short, causing the bathroom to get wet in no time, and the bottles of shampoo/conditioner that were empty. Great option for business trip

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel. We slept wonderfully, and the staff were very friendly. A 5-minute walk from the tram stop.

The overall feeling is good, but parking is a bit expensive. In addition, the road is under construction, and the navigation to the hotel always fails to reach the destination, which is a bit of a bad experience. Everything else is fine. The beach in The Hague is beautiful with a little temper. I like it!

The hotel is at a great location near most of the tourist attractions. Service was good. I was a little disappointed by the breakfast. Selection is not great compared to my other hotel breakfast experiences. The hotel only services your room once every 2 days so if you need cleaning you need to inform them.

The room cleanliness isn't up to the price or standard you may expect. Blood stains on the pillow case, hairs on the chair. Plus we have broken a glass and went to inform the cleaning lady and apologize for that. Room wasn't cleaned after that she just removed the broken glass that we have maanged to 'clean'. After a successful check-in at the hotel. We went to our room. It was clean and just like the pictures of the hotel. We had a great stay.

The service was really good, but the distance from the closest train station is an issue as it is a 20mins walk and with my belongings it took me a good 30 mins.

I visited the Leonardo Hotel with my 10-year old daughter for two nights and we loved it. The people are very friends and helpful. We had a very nice room with a view over the city and a bath. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. And it’s nice that there is a swimming pool. Tram 1 stops directly at the hotel, so it’s easy to go to the city center or to Scheveningen.

I liked that there is a very large selection in the breakfast room and that the overall design of the hotel is very good. What I did not like was the very long waiting time at the reception. What is completely unacceptable, however, is the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. I booked this for a friend who's going on a business trip. The location was conveniently close to their destination, the service was good, and the facilities were okay.

Rooms and bathroom are very clean, my room was a bit small but okay for two nights. Good bed and pillow. In room details, it states there is a minibar, in fact, there is none. We asked the reception for the missing minibar, it seems that only suite room has one. Overal stay is good.

The location is very good, very close to the city center and just a few minutes from Chinatown. The only drawback is the carpet in the room, which had visible stains, and a few moldy spots on the silicone in the bathtub.

Clean hotel in a central and convenient location (a few minutes walk to a tram and bus stop). The reception smells good and the staffs are nice. Our room looks a bit outdated though we got one with a tub. However, it felt unsafe to use as it gets slippery when wet. It’s safer to add an anti-slip surface. Hope the hotel considers that. Regardless, this is a highly recommended hotel.

Room was well kept. Coffee machine was not that good, nor very clean. The coffee machine downstairs used to be on for customers but it's been off for a long time now. The hotel has a great location and a comfortable lobby. While the rooms have some limitations due to the building's age, they still meet basic travel needs. They're sufficient for exploring the city, although the rooms are a bit cramped; however, this is typical of European hotels.

The room was very clean and air-conditioned. It was close to the station and major attractions. It was about a three-minute walk from the Queen's Palace. The facilities were relatively new. The soundproofing was good at night. It was better than expected.

The hotel staff was very unfriendly. The room was not the one we had requested, and we requested either a change of room or, if a change was not possible, an additional reservation, but neither of these requests were accommodated. The problem seemed to be due to an error in the room reservation system, but I was surprised at how unfriendly the staff was.

The room is not big, but the facilities are complete, the service is smooth and fast, the front desk is warm and friendly, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It is very close to The Hague Central Station, which can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. The directions on the way are clear. There are many types of breakfast, which look very delicate and taste good.

The location is excellent – very central and convenient. The room was quite spartan but had everything we needed. Cleanliness was generally good, although there was a strong odor in the bathroom that was hard to ignore. Breakfast was simple and not particularly varied, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days. One downside: parking was extremely expensive.

A fifteen minute walk from the Centraal station but also close to a tram line. The hotel is built inside 'The Passage ' shopping area and is a lovely hotel. We had an excellent room and Bas on check in really looked after us and our room was ready early. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent and the bar had local beers and also a good range of European wine and other beverages....

We came for a weekend stay with family and got a free upgrade to executive suit. The hotel welcomed us with a cosy atmosphere, play area for kids and a breakfast with exactly the right balance of choice, quality and taste. The hotel is in an excellent location in the city centre, near tram and at a historical shopping passage.

We had a wonderful room overlooking the garden. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and the food in their restaurant Sophia was excellent. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to shopping, palaces, and restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

It's a pretty good hotel in Europe, with large rooms and comfortable beds. However, the hotel details page says that slippers and toiletries are provided, but they weren't available on-site. They are optional and you need to ask the front desk for them, and even then, they may not be provided.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel PLAZA Premium Den Haag City Center! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of shops and attractions. The location was great. The front desk was nice. We only did one night so we didn't use all the facilities like the gym. We did get the breakfast and it was good. I like what they had for choices. My only issue was the room size. The rooms are nice but barely room to move around with two people.

The location is very good. I would expect more transparency about prices and conditions. In front of the hotel there are big project built, making A LOT of noise. Would be fare to inform us in advance, and not book the rooms facing that side. In addition, the breakfast price is different when you reserve in advance VS on the day, which we DID not know. Actually a pretty nice hotel, especially from the inside. Well furnished spacious rooms with balconies with fine views. The furniture could be more modern, however it is well maintained. Breakfast is tasty with a large choice of food, however the scrambled eggs are obviously made from powder, so stay away from them.

The Perfect room and Hotel for a Family Trip in Den Haag!

Excellent staff, really helpful and welcoming. The room is always neat and super clean, nicely decorated and with all one might need to relax or work. I really appreciated the silence and the tranquility of the rooms and the neighbourhood. It's my second stay in this hotel, and I am looking forward to coming back!

A lovely property and nice room. The hotel’s location is good, not too far from the tram and walkable into the town. The room itself could do with some renovation - some wallpaper is peeling off, there are stains over the wall and it could do with a good paint and clean.
