The room is not big, but the layout is very warm, the front desk service is superb, the candy 🍬 is delicious, and the basic breakfast variety is average. The store is doing a booming business and making a lot of money!

There is no toothpaste or toothbrush in the room, and no slippers. There is no restaurant near the hotel. The food in the hotel's own restaurant is not only expensive, but the variety of dishes is also very limited and the taste is not good.

Location was a bit far from centre but it was ok for us as we rented a car and there is free parking. Good size gym with a sauna which is good. However, service is disappointing: we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, requesting for rooms next to one another months ahead. The hotel is just right next to the Delft station. Many restaurants in 10 minutes walking distances.

Close to center of town and freeway access. Parking is a problem: restricted access to parking lot and garage is expensive. Our room had a very small bathroom with clumsy access to the shower.

It is very close to the center of Delft and is very convenient to walk. It is suitable for business and travel. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly and friendly. Hotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Easy to find from the highway, the hotel is along the border of a natural park, the room was small but comfortable, very quite in the night and there is a boiler and a small set for hot drinks, the personnel has been gentle. Pets allowed.

An ideal place from which to explore Delft, by foot, or get the very efficient train into the Hague to see the Girl with a Pearl Earring. Don't miss De Lelie, the best ice cream in the world. You may have to queue but it's worth it.

A very local hotel, located in a living area. There is a small parking lot across the river. You need to swipe your card to pay, which is a bit expensive, 30 Euros a day. This hotel could really improve with some easy changes. They only give you coffee in the room on your first day. That makes no sense!! They don’t replenish toilet paper, Kleenex or empty the trash when they make up your room. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The towels are thin and old and so are the bed linens. Centrally located next to a canal of Old Delft, we got a studio with a kitchenette which we used to fix breakfast. Very nice overall. We were in the annex 1 street over, so I can't comment about the main hotel.

I stayed at this hotel about 10 days. Its value for the money was quite good considering the fine service, great location, friendly staff and decent prices. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room I stayed was somewhat like an attic (with inclined walls) and it was a bit loud when it was raining. However, I personally didn't mind as I found it relaxing.

Very cute hotel with friendly staff. Located in the canals just next to the centraal station. Hotel itself is a very old building therefore does have stairs, and doesn't have an elevator big luggage might be hard to navitage. Tea and coffee in the room are refiled every day but if you want extra it costs extra. For me personally 1 coffee a day is too little :P
