Short and comfortable stay. Staff are attentive, and the hotel's interior is sophisticated and bright. Love the interior additions of the Delft Blue glassware and Ikea. Handy for people with a car, with free parking and immediate access to the highway.

The location is good and plenty of free parking space.

The location is a bit remote, just next to IKEA, which is inconvenient if you don't have a car. However, the hotel decoration is OK, the room is spacious, and the front desk service is also OK.

A comfy, spacious room in an amazing location! Just a five minute walk into the city center! We drove and we able to park right in front of the hotel 👍🏻

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you would want/need (and those with balconies a plus!). Staff were always pleasant. The bar area is quite relaxed and a good place to grab a beer/coffee at the end of the day. Walking distance to some nice restaurants if you chose not to eat in the hotel.

Great hotel with room designs of different musicians. Elevator is a bit weird tough, you have to push close the door button before elevator moves. If you have high floor, nice views are bonus. Close walking distance to city center for restaurants and sightseeing.

The staff were so helpful and gave plenty of advice on where to visit and how to get around. The overall feel of the hotel is very special - the exposed brick, the wooden beams on the ceilings, the areas to sit and relax with views on the water. Location could no be better - 6min walk from the train station and similar to the town square. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was outstanding and the decor with its wooden beams and brickwork was sublime. All the staff members was amazing and the breakfast options was plentiful. The bed was probably one of the best I have slept in and I look forward to my return.

A stunning hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was beautiful and the bed and pillows the most divine I have ever slept on. Had a short, but eventually nice stay. Very well located so was able to get there late at night , but next to the trainstation so despite the bad weather that night, a nice room with a view made up for that.

At our arrival at 15.00 the room was ‘t available yet although this is the check in time mentioned on the website. Elegantly solved by the staff by offering a drink on the house. Next morning: no water at all available in the bathroom for shower and sink due to low water pressure. Expensive breakfast: I recommend going to Anne and Max opposite the hotel. Recommended for any and all new or exchange students attending and settling in to TUDelft for the first time. This is a great choice if you need something centrally located to public transport and not too expensive. The room is comfortable though basic, and the service is good. Not fancy, but excellent at what it does. The free laundry was a very nice convenience!

It's great experience as place mix hotel, permanent room renting, co-working spaces, leasure areas and get together spaces like gym, ping-pong, projector (saw Spanish La Liga match there!) etc. Hotel rooms are spacious, very comfortable. One small minus is the quite tricky variable light intensity control. Breakfast in the bar is nice and tasty. All is topped with very friendly staff.

The staff service was somewhat cold. As for the rest, I've already commented on it in another review. They could improve the facilities and room, and do better maintenance, to be considered a 4-star hotel. It's a non-smoking hotel, but I found cigarette butts on the terrace, so the room is just as contaminated.

For a hotel rated 4 stars, the room and facilities could be significantly improved; they were somewhat neglected and poorly maintained. Although the lady preparing breakfast was attentive, the buffet, while seemingly varied, was processed. The crepes and other items were packaged, not homemade.

Attic room was large. No AC so open windows let in noisy drinking crowd sounds at 2 AM. . .Stairs narrow steep winding very short foot area--dangerous. No help taking luggage to attic room. Toiletries very tiny, insufficient for 2 people. No indication of WiFi code in the room. No tea bags supplied w the kettle.

This hotel could really improve with some easy changes. They only give you coffee in the room on your first day. That makes no sense!! They don’t replenish toilet paper, Kleenex or empty the trash when they make up your room. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The towels are thin and old and so are the bed linens. The chairs are stained. General maintenance isn’t addressed, throughout the hotel....

Centrally located next to a canal of Old Delft, we got a studio with a kitchenette which we used to fix breakfast. Very nice overall. We were in the annex 1 street over, so I can't comment about the main hotel.

This is a quirky hotel in a great location in Delft. The rooms are decorated eccentrically. Ours had a round bed and a jacuzzi, with the shower up two large steps from the main level. We stayed for one night enroute to the Hoek van Holland ferry. This hotel oozes character and friendliness. The location is ideal for the centre of Delft. Not expensive. Superb breakfast. Private car park. We enjoyed our visit so much we are now planning to return.

Very cute hotel with friendly staff. Located in the canals just next to the centraal station. Hotel itself is a very old building therefore does have stairs, and doesn't have an elevator big luggage might be hard to navitage. Tea and coffee in the room are refiled every day but if you want extra it costs extra. For me personally 1 coffee a day is too little :P
