The hotel has access to the nearby Ocean Spa with is free fitness entry and only 5$ per person to the pools. People are friendly and helpful. Thank you for the facilities on our reservations.

Hotel is just a stone throw from Napier beach. There are nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel too :)

A bed lamp did mot work and bathroom was not clean. Overall, I was disappointed to stay here. I suggest hotel to check detail matters before check-in. By the way, Swimming pool was good and we enjoyed. I though hotel to add pool fee on accommodation fee and let guest use it free of charge. $10 per person is cheap and reasonable to use but free or with charge is different matter to guest.

We were given level 2 and were told no more rooms on the higher floor. A bit disappointed as we can only see the roads no seaview.

Lovely place to stay on Marine Parade. Walking distance to the shopping area and bars and restaurants. Very nice place to stay the rooms have been designed to look at the view.

Perfect location, has everything you need, a microwave is the only thing I could ask for, apart from that Perfect.
