Service was excellent, having room service was an unexpected bonus. Rooms were tidy a clean, a little dated though.

Room with an unblocked view of the sea, no buildings between, but there is a road.
Napier prides itself on its abundance of buildings of a certain style of around the 1920s in England epitomised by some Piccadilly line suburban tube stations (art deco ?).
Best things about the place are the aquarium and the swimming pool.

We were just passing through Napier and unfortunately our ferry over was delayed so didn't get as much time to enjoy the accommodation and Napier as we hoped. Very nice apartment though, for the time we were in there.

we have stayed here before and have found it an awesome place to stay you can easily walk to town.

Linen lovely and clean. Good strong water pressure in shower.
Cleaners dont go to edges of carpets and goid dust collections in window frames and ledges.
Thankful for air-conditioned room and it was basically clean very tidy.
Shower water runs out under the door and all over fhe bathroom floor.

Yes it’s an older hotel but the rooms are spacious and the location unbearable, we had lovely ocean views from the balcony. Cons: older hotel, no lift. Room smelled of cleaning products initially but this was taken care of by the air conditioning.

Good location for a visit to the Napier area. Ocean view was nice as was the kitchens amenities and the availability of guest laundry.
