we went for Teams racing. amazing Location to stay. Close to everything and able to walk everywhere if needed. the atmosphere and rooms are great. Opened up the Conference room us, so that we could use this to socialize. the owners are amazing s well and have rebooked for next year.

Simple and semi modern setting , clean and tidy. Room has all your basic stuff including a TV,Kettle,Fridge and a spacious bathroom.

Come here every year 😊 it's nice to see each year what they have done to the place. Rooms are always kept tidy and love that it's walking distance to everhthing. Will see you again in 2027!

I've been coming to Bella Vista for the past 9 months on business. The accommodation is perfect. The showers are really high pressure which I like and there is just enough amenities in the rooms for light duty cooking but the staff will always help with a request for more cooking equipment if you ask. The rooms are always really clean when I arrive and are serviced daily. The owners are incredibly helpful and really nice people they will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. I don't really like travelling and being away from my family but at least i know I will be in comfort with really welcoming staff here.

Great to stay at a motel that is neat and tidy, both the grounds and the rooms and the hosts are friendly and knowledgeable. A quite location with a fantastic conference room that you can have catering internally provided! Close to town A+

Fantastic staff, great efficient check in and we were welcomed with home baking on check in. We had fresh milk that could be topped up and there was also extra long life milk in the fridge. Very clean unit and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was great, love the shower and the heated towel rail was good for the cold snap that we had. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great find, very handy to the city and parking was superb at no cost. Will definitely stay again.

Came back here because we know that the service was great and room is great, clean and have everything we need.
Upon our checked in. The owner was baking muffin and offered us some. Which is very much appreciated, especially after we had a long days of travelling to palmerston north.

Last minute and late booking due to flight cancellation. They stayed open for me to collect the key and were very helpful and considerate of my situation. Great price and the room was clean and tidy. Shower had great water pressure too !
