The breakfast was not a buffet, was charged and took 1 hour. Apparently the staff didn't appear to work that day, or something like that.

The charming hotel and staff were just as impressive as the city itself. In hindsight, we would have loved to stay longer.

Checked in at 12:30am. After a long day travelling I asked the front desk if I could extend my checkout by 1 hour. I was told no and if I wanted more time I would have to pay for another full day! Room was tired, smelly and carpet worn to the threads. I have stayed here in the past several times and really enjoyed it, but either managment has changed or they have just let things slip. A real shame

I loved it here!  I was a single traveler, and this was by far the best stay of my 2 weeks in New Zealand.  The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and had a kitchenette.  I tend to over do the adventure on my vacations, but this was my most chill morning on the trip.  The staff is friendly, and as crazy as it sounds, the breakfast was worth it!  I wish I could  have stayed here on the return trip.

Older style property, but very clean and tidy. Friendly host who was very helpful with dinner places to go. Great location close to town and roomy parking around the individual chalets. Would recommend and happy to stay there again.

This little spot had everything we needed. It is handy for a walk into town, close drive to vineyards, the staff very helpful and friendly. Very convenient

The woman in the offfice who checked us in was friendly and funny. She also offered excellent dining recommendations. The location was excellent for our early morning flight

the room was quite sufficient for purpose. it was a tool not a holiday destination access for vehicles was a little restrictive but no major issue if you are going to provide spa facilities then the towels should not have to be requested. They should be in the room when you arrive

Everything was great. I would suggested to add a shower curtain to the shower room for separation. The room was amazingly clean. All kitchen facilities are here in great condition. Ans a CAT!!! It is a cloudy fluffy softiest creature i have ever seen! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Place was clean & tidy. Just up the road from shops walking distance. Host went above & beyond helping out my mother in law & myself when our uber didn’t show up & offered to take us to the airport.

Friendly staff, room was clean and set up well. Wi-Fi instructions just need to be a little better with a bigger sign as I didn’t locate it. All good though just some feedback

SPOTLESS! excellent stay, great location & wonderful hosts.

The sound of what I think was a water cistern filling every few minutes is very disruptive of sleep so not a restful night. The bed was saggy but that is a personal preference thing.

Stayed for three nights and rubbish was not cleared or towels changed.

narrow staircase to upstairs....difficult with large luggage. Location was fine, room smaller than expected for price. However.. room spotless and well provided with all traveller needs..i.e. toiletries,internet,heating and peaceful sleep.

Highly recommend this motel! The rooms are the nicest we’ve ever seen in a motel – beautifully renovated, clean, and tidy. We enjoyed the swimming pool, swing, and BBQ area. The gardens are immaculate, showing how much pride the owners take in the place, which makes for a really pleasant stay.

We stayed in the house 142 and absolutely loved it! So spacious and clean with everything one needs. We loved the feeling of the house too! The Middle Park Motel was just what we were looking for when we stopped on our journey 😁 Easily located on a main road, a clean and tidy unit (recently refurbished from the looks of it). A lovely setting. Rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed our interlude in Blenheim and staying at Antria Lodge made it special.

What a delightful, welcoming and warm oasis of charm and haute cuisine! Caro and Hugh were just superb hosts in this restful retreat amongst the vines and beautiful Blenheim countryside. Fantastic - from the welcome, the setting, to the room - you could not ask for anything more. We turned up very early in the morning we were due to check in as we had a tour that picked us up from the lodge - not a problem, we were given a coffee and biscuit and sat beside the pool waiting for our lift. This lodge ticks all the boxes! Caro and Hugh treat every guest like friends visiting their wonderful home. The rooms are spacious, the decor tasteful and the food is divine. We overlooked the pool with various shaded areas to chill with a book. I even got a chance to catch up on some laundry which was a great help. A very personal and welcoming place to stay. We loved it!
