After a long journey, arriving at the hotel immediately made us feel relaxed and refreshed, even though the weather was rainy. The room was cosy and spacious, and felt warm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is the best location hotel that able to see Aurora. The breakfast also very good and definitely is the best hotel during my Norway Trip. I miss the scenery of this hotel. I will definitely recommend it!

I really love this place and stay, everything is perfect and I can see northern lights just outside my window of the room, it was really mesmerising and breathtaking, the whole place is so relax and chill, the amenities the bed is so comfy and the breakfast is so good and tasty ♥️

The apartment is in a great location and has nice view of fjords; quiet but not that far from the city. The apartment is very spacious; we got two bedrooms, one living space and one bathroom with very nice fully-equipped and new kitchen. We had a wonderful experience when we visited Ersfjordbotn. The unit came with a balcony that was literally above the Norwegian sea. The rooms and the living room were sufficiently heated. They also provided an extra heater. The unit also came with a furnished kitchen. The unit was clean and spacious. You get beautiful views of the Norwegian sea and the mountains. You can also get to see the reindeer...

Great place to stay outside the city. The unit was very nice, clean, and exactly as expected. Gorgeous views and a little hiking trail next to the property. We saw the northern lights multiple nights as well right from the property. We would definitely stay again! (Only minor complaint was the communication wasn't the best. But, everything worked out fine and we still had a great stay.)

The room is large, well-equipped, very new, and the view is great. It's a bit far from the city. It's more convenient if you need a car.
