Ersfjordbotn Brygge in Ersfjordbotn

The apartment is in a great location and has nice view of fjords; quiet but not that far from the city. The apartment is very spacious; we got two bedrooms, one living space and one bathroom with very nice fully-equipped and new kitchen. There is also a washer for us to wash our clothes which is very nice! (No detergent provided btw and we are not sure if it was also a dryer).
Its location is quite close to various famous Northern light spots. Anyway, we couldn't see it from our terrace as there was too much cloud. Overall, we really like the apartment and really recommend this place for anyone who would like to stay away from the city!

We had a wonderful experience when we visited Ersfjordbotn.

The unit came with a balcony that was literally above the Norwegian sea. The rooms and the living room were sufficiently heated. They also provided an extra heater. The unit also came with a furnished kitchen. The unit was clean and spacious.

You get beautiful views of the Norwegian sea and the mountains. You can also get to see the reindeer in this area.

Note that this is a remote area so you have less frequency in terms of the buses coming here (no buses from 07:00 PM until 05:00 AM). You have to arrange/cook your own food as well.

The owner of the unit was so kind to drop us off at the bus stop at Ersfjordbotn skole and asked us to stay in the car so that we are warm until the bus arrives. We really thank him for this gesture as the conditions were horrible when we were there in Ersfjordbotn.

Great place to stay outside the city. The unit was very nice, clean, and exactly as expected. Gorgeous views and a little hiking trail next to the property. We saw the northern lights multiple nights as well right from the property. We would definitely stay again! (Only minor complaint was the communication wasn't the best. But, everything worked out fine and we still had a great stay.)

The room is large, well-equipped, very new, and the view is great. It's a bit far from the city. It's more convenient if you need a car.

The village itself is really welcoming, everyone greeted us with smile, saw our first ever northern light in this village, 5 mins walk away from this accommodation.

In terms of access, you can take the bus from Tromsø. Coming here from the airport wasn't a problem at all for us two backpackers.

The nearest groceries/convenience stores is at Eidkjosen, which is 10 minutes bus ride away -- but bus schedule are not very frequent, so you need to plan ahead

My wife and I had a really good stay, and we're missing this place already.

Wonderful place, amazing view from the balcony. Cozy, warm, comfortable furniture with a lot of space. Everything you need inside the apartment ( maybe one more skillet, and with a microwave should be perfect). Reception absolutely wonderful, helpful, kind and efficient. A must go to place for enjoying the arctic experiences, watching the Northern lights from the balcony or starting a whale watching tour.
