The hotel declares as it has pool, but appearantely it doesn’t belong to the same company. They are charging extra for that. Room didn’t had the trash emptied and the windows was blowing through, wich wasn’t the best option with 4 months baby. Overall super spacious and well equipted rooms. Friendly staff.

All around great Fantastic location, very nice staff. Greatly enjoyed the pool and sauna on a rainy day. Looking forward to returning here some time.

Lovely stay at Finnøy Lovely hotel on the island of Finnøy. We had great weather, but I expect weather can be a bit harsh since it is basically next to the Atlantic Ocean. However the travel from Molde area with ferry ( check route times in advance) and island hopping in to Ålesund or opposite is well worth a trip. The restaurant offers a great 3 course dinner too. The hotel is close to the sea. When booking, I also emphasized that I should choose a hotel close to the sea. The environment is very good. It will be beautiful in summer. The breakfast is also rich. There is a gym next to it. It is good for running and walking around the sea.

The hotel is in the center of Molde, very close to the stadium. There is also a free parking lot near the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent and very comfortable. You can see the sea and cruise ships outside the window. It's totally a great 4 star hotel.

The location is great and the staff were very friendly.

Just up the road from the bus terminal we arrived from and were able to check in an hour earlier. Friendly staff and room very clean, all we needed for an overnight stay. Nice view from the window. There where no handsoap in the wc/toilet. The internet was not good or it was weeeery slowly. The elevator was broken, not good if they give you room up the 4th floor and have bad legs.

Simple and ok. Great place! So close to the city, and close by the fjord. Everything has some kind of simple standard to it. But this is what to expect. Regarding earlier reviews. Seems like some people have a Vendetta. It does not seem fair . Our experience was all ok!

Our cabin was facing the waterfront which was lovely. It was advertised for 3, but I think it would be difficult for two adults to sleep next to each other in the bed, which was also very creaky. There are only 8 cubicles which contain shower and the toilet, so we had to queue both in the evening and in the morning and inside all was very wet and therefore didn't feel clean. We were given bedding but no pillowcases. We were asked if we wanted towels and were only given 1 bath towel each. No wash clothes and no hand towels. We had a little kitchen, but were not given a towel for the kitchen. The pillow was horrible, very flat and lumpy. Great Campsite with some minor flaws but the manager is a great guy and had a perfect solution for all our needs. The camping ground is clean, so are the toilets and showers. There is a kitchen that can be used as well. The view is beautiful: the fjord and the surrounding mountains directly in front of you. We stayed 2 nights with a tent. Pricing is cheap.

A very comfortable hotel at a moderate price. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The family room is on the top floor and is very large, accommodating up to 6 people. The hotel is right by the port and very close to the city center. It is also convenient to go to the viewpoint.

We were very satisfied. The location is great. When the weather is good you can eat on the terrace right by the sea with a great view. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The room is spacious and exactly like the pictures. You can walk to the center in 3 minutes

Good location and good breakfast

The location is excellent, right next to the viewing platform, the breakfast is as rich as ever, and there is a parking space under the hotel. The hotel in Alesund is not very friendly in terms of price.

While the lighting was acceptable, the bathroom had a number of issues. First, the adapter for the flower wine was broken. Second, the bathtub was yellowed. Third, the conditioner bottle was empty. Fourth, the towels were dirty. Breakfast was okay.

Hotel 1904 is a very nice hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful old building but it is totally updated and renovated inside. It is in a great location. It is close to shops, restaurants and the ferry and bus stops.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. There are cheap public parking spaces at the door, but the number is limited. The hotel's own parking lot is indoors, probably converted from an air-raid shelter. There is a very narrow door inside, and drivers with poor driving skills may not be able to park in it. I saw traces of vehicles scratching the wall of the doorway.
