You must avoid this place at any cost. As you can see from many reviews, the host has cancelled my reservation just pointing out that he couldn’t affect the payment deduction from my card. The host doesn’t have any knowledge on the hospitality industry nor any knowledge on effecting a payment through booking.com.

The entire process of booking cancellation is unpleasant and i had to wait for two days until he finished the cancellation process. Please try to avoid booking this place at any cost as you will be at a risk of not finding an alternative accommodation if the hosts cancel your booking.

The location is excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite match the price paid. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, which was a bit disappointing . After a long drive, we were also quite tired and looking forward to resting, but the host engaged us in extended conversations before we could settle in. While he is clearly knowledgeable and welcoming, a bit more sensitivity to guests’ need for rest and privacy would have been appreciated. A similar situation occurred at breakfast, where it was difficult to enjoy a quiet meal.

We were also informed that the water would be turned off at 10 AM for maintenance, but it actually stopped before to 9:35 AM—unfortunately during a shower. When we asked, we were told the shutdown was between 9 and 10 AM, which was different from the original information when he mentioned it was at 10AM. When asked, he didn’t accept that . Additionally, we were expecting access to drinking water, but none was available.

Overall, while there were some positive aspects, including the location and the host’s hospitality, a few key areas—such as communication, amenities, and respecting guests’ personal space—could be improved to better align with the premium price.
