However, there was a minor hiccup during check-in: although I had already paid for the room through Ctrip, the front desk staff claimed they couldn't find the booking and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip customer service promptly, and the issue was quickly resolved. Also, I was a little concerned that the hotel recorded my credit card's security code during check-in. I hope they can improve the payment process in the future to make the check-in experience smoother.
Outdoor pool is small but warm and gimmic jaguzzi. Indoor pool is huge. Spa is great. There are many relaxing area.
Cons : far from tourist center, restaurants for 1 km. Room is ok but expensive if compared to the price. Service is not ok some issue. No amenity in the bathroom and small hair dryer.
