Really good service and food at the restaurants

The staff were lovely. The check in process was poor. The restaurants in the hotel weren’t great. The ski room set up was good. The sauna being changed as part of the spa isn’t great, and the pool is incredibly crowded.

This was our third stay at the resort and the first booking not made on the Rad app. Bur everything worked perfectly well. As a Norwegian living abroad it is strange to stay at a big resort in Norway with no Norwegian staff and very few Norwegian guests, but we loved everything we experienced. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Enjoy a stay in a remarkably clean hotel with pleasant, well-maintained rooms. The daily breakfast is a definite plus, and the staff's helpfulness is commendable. The hotel's location is ideal, featuring convenient parking, a supermarket right next door, and easy access to the town center. 👍👍

Nice hotel. So nice that they offered upgrade to Suite instead of only rooms. That enabled us to cook. I really appreciated that. Wonder why there are different cleaning service for suites? E.g the garbage on kitchen was not emptied and there was a note that we should empty it ourselves upon departure. So it was really more of an apparent om than a hotel suite. The location is close to the ski lifts (5 min driving to the car park, near ski lift T2), the room was big enough to accomodate a couple, also the room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with a mini fridge. The bed, pillows, and seating areas were comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast, with excellent connection. The large-screen TV in our room featured an additional option to connect your phone...

Quite clean hotel with nice rooms. Good breakfast every morning and very accommodating. Useful location with parking and supermarket next door. Also only a short walk to the town.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment, which was beautifully furnished, everything was very new and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for 3 days of cooking evening meals.

The rooms were basic but for the price and locations it was perfect. I have stayed in many small 'quirky' places and this has made it into my top 5. We absolutely LOVED our stay here, and it all came down to the kindness of the owners. From the second we walked in there door were offered assistance and help with everything. The owner had some free time so drove us up the mountain to the ski area so...

Nice hotel, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Two chairs in the room is really good. A good breakfast with a lot of bread but no warm food. The negative is you can hear noice from the hallway very well. And the trash bin in our toilet was not emptied from the last guests..

It makes sense to split the review of this hotel into two parts in order to provide an accurate assessment. Restaurant - fairly busy when we arrived here at 18:00ish. One Host/Waiter/ Receptionist and One chef handled all the services. There were approx 14 guests there. The service was exceptional, charming and friendly (of course he was Swedish).
