Basic stay
Basic, but comfortable cabin. Was surprised that bed linen and towels were not included - for a family of 4 which was almost half the cost of the cabin! This could be better advertised in the listing. Basic amenities like a kettle, draining board and oven gloves not included. It wasn’t clear from the listing that the adult bedroom is reached through the bunk bed room, so we all ended up going to bed at the same time. Site is in a nice location and the children enjoyed the playground.

Bad price / performance
Pictures are really misleading. You’re camping in an industrial zone and the cabins are tiny. The “double bed” is super small and even though it was 14 degrees outside, the bedroom (which is maybe 7-8sqm) heats up insanely fast.
When it rains you have no cover to sit on the terrace and it’s not close to the lake at all. Prices are very steep for the cabins - just get a (cheaper) hotel at this point and you’ll sleep much better.
Can’t recommend. It was the worst camping spot during our whole trip.

Magnificent lake view and quality campsite
The campsite is located very close to Lake Mjøsa and the view from the cabins is magnificent. However, it is located very far from the center (30 minutes on foot) and there is no bus/coach connection. The host is available to answer questions. The cabins are not very comfortable but are adequate for a few nights. The shared bathrooms are very clean, as is the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

The sote was super close to the lake which is beautiful to walk along. Furthermore, we were without a car, but there was a busstop under 10 minutes walking. Awesome

We were there with our camper, and it was the best-maintained campsite of our trip. Clean, modern restrooms. The site is a good size, and the pitches have grass (not gravel or artificial turf), which we like. It's a 10-minute walk to the lake and a 30-minute walk to the city center. The neighboring highway is barely noticeable.

Camping cabin for 4 people
Very happy with most things, but we have to agree with previous reviews regarding the living room sofa. It was, to say the least, deplorable and painful to sit on.

Lillehammer Turistsenter exceeded all expectations! A perfect getaway with fantastic amenities and breathtaking surroundings. Highly recommended! Reception staffs were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, all at an affordable price. Highly satisfied!

It was ok for a short stay but NOT in Lillehammer Center as advertised (more than 30 min walk through industrial area). The hallway floor was covered with carton, which was fixed with duck tape and gave us a feeling of living in a construction area. The kitchen was super tiny for that many rooms (it was ok as we were almost the only guests) and the fridge smelled like somebody died in there. The only nice part seemed to be the entrance area, which was cosy with large wooden tables and sheep skins to sit on (this is also advertised everywhere). Sorry but despite this nice fassade, this was not worth 90 Euros per night.
