Love the hotel and its location. The breakfast was wonderful and abundant. The service was excellent. Just wish the room was a lil bigger and the position of the bed was not facing/against the wall which made movement very limited.

Pretty good, booked it last minute in Oslo (because of *Skam*). The room was huge, absolutely blows the tiny rooms in Tromsø out of the water. The breakfast staff included a Chinese lady? She was super enthusiastic, highly recommend.

The service was good and the room was also clean & tidy. Breakfast was included for every booking and their breakfast buffet was excellent too. The most important thing is it's just right next to the Central Station, where everything is so convenient, highly recommend for people looking for a hotel in Olso.

Loved this place overall. It is located right in front of the central station, so once you take the train from the airport, you can reach the hotel without a long walk with your suitcase. I truly recommend the breakfast — many Norwegian dishes are amazing.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Munch, UFF, the train station, and the opera house. There are also many dining options nearby.

Old hotel, the bathroom is extremely ageing, the shower rack was falling off and the shower is too high you need to climb in

Facilities: This is a chain hotel, very good. It's a prominent black high-rise building, and the shuttle bus to and from Oslo Airport stops right at the entrance. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Central location, very close to the cruise terminal and City Hall. Service: Good, with a 24-hour front desk.

Ok hotel near the fair in Lillestrøm

The location is relatively remote and not very downtown, but the air around it is very good. There is a subway just a short walk out of the city, so it's OK. The only thing is that the room is a bit dark, but you can open the window for fresh air and it feels pretty good.

Great location! You can get here from the airport by taking a train and then the subway, or a taxi for about 700 NOK. The main highlight is the hotel's breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic. Plus, the rooms are really spacious. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the central station. It's surrounded by attractions, supermarkets, and shops, making it very convenient. Check-in and check-out can be done entirely via self-service machines. The lobby on the first floor has many functional areas, and luggage storage is also self-service, which is very handy.

The room was a bit small for a quadruple, with bunk beds and a double bed, but it had everything we needed. It's affordable and located in downtown Oslo. There were a lot of Chinese people in the neighborhood, felt like a gathering of budget travelers, haha.

A historic building that's incredibly well-maintained, very clean and tidy. The toiletries are all L'Occitane. The breakfast was the best we had on our Norway trip – lots of variety and delicious! The service was excellent from check-in right through to luggage storage after check-out.

It's considered one of the local five-star hotels, but it doesn't quite live up to the standards I'm accustomed to. While the location is good and it's clean, that's pretty much the extent of its appeal.

The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel is located behind the Royal Palace in Oslo, close to the main street, making it convenient for city walking. From the airport, you can take the VY bus to the National Theatre stop, and then walk for ten minutes to reach the hotel.

Over was a good location, we were housed across the street and there was very heavy rain. Flooding made it difficult to cross without getting wet and dirty. Maybe take a look into way to fix drainage and mud problems.

About a 10 minute walk down to the tram station at the same place you can cross over a pedestrian bridge for the bus stop that has an approx. $29 US bus to the airport. No other restaurants close by. Very central at the main street of Oslo. Many of the tourist I guide like the location so it permits do a sightseen walking of 3 hours. Starting from the hotel, walking to Bjørvika, visiting the Oslo opera, Kok, Salt, Munch Muséum,eating in Vippa, visiting Akershus Festining, Rådhuset, University, Royal Palace and finishing the visit at National Museum(I arrange free passes) or Peace Prize Museum.

Nice, modern and clean hotel. Direct access to a good inexpensive bar/restaurant. Bedroom looked almost brand new, with a tiny, simple but lovely bathroom. I missed a modern smart TV and was quite upset every morning by some kind of a kart rolling in the corridor at 5AM. This is a bit too early to wake-up guests 😔

Rooms were quite standard, and was definitely more modern compared to the other Comfort Hotel chains we stayed in. Conveniently located right west of Oslo Station, which is convenient especially if you have a train for Bergen to catch the next day in the morning. Breakfast is standardwitha plenty seating.

Generally there hotel is perfect, super comfortable bed, the breakfast is amazing! staff on the highest level, the only two things I noticed: gym could be a bit better equipped and you cannot turn off totally air-conditioning in the room, as I am just not the fan of it, but - hotel is really great.
