Love the hotel and its location. The breakfast was wonderful and abundant. The service was excellent. Just wish the room was a lil bigger and the position of the bed was not facing/against the wall which made movement very limited.

Pretty good, booked it last minute in Oslo (because of *Skam*). The room was huge, absolutely blows the tiny rooms in Tromsø out of the water. The breakfast staff included a Chinese lady? She was super enthusiastic, highly recommend.

Old hotel, the bathroom is extremely ageing, the shower rack was falling off and the shower is too high you need to climb in

Facilities: This is a chain hotel, very good. It's a prominent black high-rise building, and the shuttle bus to and from Oslo Airport stops right at the entrance. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Central location, very close to the cruise terminal and City Hall. Service: Good, with a 24-hour front desk.

Loved this place overall. It is located right in front of the central station, so once you take the train from the airport, you can reach the hotel without a long walk with your suitcase. I truly recommend the breakfast — many Norwegian dishes are amazing.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Munch, UFF, the train station, and the opera house. There are also many dining options nearby.

Very close to the airport, perfect for business travelers waiting for flights. There's a direct bus to the airport, and the hotel breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The front desk service was great, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Fantastic!

A nice hotel a short distance from the centre by bus or tube or about 45 minutes to walk. Not much around the hotel, mostly office type buildings and an arena. Excellent breakfast and service.

The location was perfect and everything was clean and available in the hotel. There was self service for breakfast which was well organized. The location for the hotel was also good for a good hike up and down.

Stayed here for a conference and the conference hall was just across the hotel. A short walk from the train station too. Breakfast was excellent. There was also a small gym. Overall a great stay.

Over was a good location, we were housed across the street and there was very heavy rain. Flooding made it difficult to cross without getting wet and dirty. Maybe take a look into way to fix drainage and mud problems.

About a 10 minute walk down to the tram station at the same place you can cross over a pedestrian bridge for the bus stop that has an approx. $29 US bus to the airport. No other restaurants close by. Ok hotel near the fair in Lillestrøm

The location is relatively remote and not very downtown, but the air around it is very good. There is a subway just a short walk out of the city, so it's OK. The only thing is that the room is a bit dark, but you can open the window for fresh air and it feels pretty good.

Great location! You can get here from the airport by taking a train and then the subway, or a taxi for about 700 NOK. The main highlight is the hotel's breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic. Plus, the rooms are really spacious. Definitely recommend it!

Clean and very big hotel with swimming pool and gym amenities. Comfortable beds (though would be better if the beds were able to be pulled further apart as it felt more like a double bed with 2 sets of covers.) The location was great, and I used the rooftop spa, which I enjoyed by taking a dip in the pool next to the birch trees and enjoying the view of the city. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options at the restaurant next to the building.

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the central station. It's surrounded by attractions, supermarkets, and shops, making it very convenient. Check-in and check-out can be done entirely via self-service machines. The lobby on the first floor has many functional areas, and luggage storage is also self-service, which is very handy.

The room was a bit small for a quadruple, with bunk beds and a double bed, but it had everything we needed. It's affordable and located in downtown Oslo. There were a lot of Chinese people in the neighborhood, felt like a gathering of budget travelers, haha.

The hotel's advantages include free parking. It was very busy, with many tour groups staying there, and there was a queue for breakfast. I booked a triple room, but upon arrival I discovered the third bed was a narrow, fold-down bed against the wall, which wasn't very comfortable.

The only issue we had was the service in the restaurant at the hotel was not the best and we were told we had to wait over 2 hours for a table despite being told we didn't need to book as we were staying, and there were empty tables that never got filled.

Hotels in Norway are generally pricy compared to other regions of Europe, but to be fair to this particular hotel, even though the rooms are fairly small and the furniture looks like outdated, they compensate for that in the comfort of the bed and pillows and the practicality of using the desk, the closet, the bathroom, the shower and to top it up, one of the best open buffets breakfasts I've seen...
