Location and view. 5 min walk from the boat drop off. Lovely staff. Hotel warm and cosy.

This hotel was the base for visiting the north cape, good location. Hotel is more travel lodge than Hilton. Bed and breakfast only. We booked three nights but ended up staying an extra night as all roads closed out due to the weather. Hotel staff were great.
It was disappointing that they didn’t offer any food in restaurant at night even something light would’ve been appreciated as on last night they did something for a group which were also snowed in but we couldn’t join.
It is a good hotel and there are plenty of places to eat in the town.

We had a great stay, beds are very comfortable, room adequate, bathroom compact, very good breakfast, free parking, located in town close to restaurants, highly recommended.

On the first day of my stay, I found there was dirt in the toilet bowl. The cleaning staff didn't do a good job. Other areas were clean and tidy. The room was nice, the view was beautiful, and the location was great. I liked that the bathroom floor had a heater. It was very warm. The service was good, and there was a free coffee maker. Overall, it was very good.

This is an ideal place to stay to experience Honningsväg and the North Cape. Scandic does a great job with breakfast, and the Bryggen is no exception, so make sure you get up early and enjoy it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent as well, at least for entrees. For dessert, they served me a frozen puck of "cheesecake" that was thoroughly un-appetizing. The host also gave us attitude for not making a reservation, despite the fact there were more than a dozen open tables, and they still weren't busy when we left. The only other complaint I had was the bathroom door couldn't be opened without hitting the light fixture in the entrance to the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, and probably the best you'll find in Honningsväg.

We booked a superior room and it had an amazing view, a sauna and amazing breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's planning to go to North Cape
