Awesome comfortable 6 nights - great location! We got a partial sea view and partial Mountain View and city view all combined! Loved the wonderful delicious breakfast spread especially! So happy we got this place! The only improvement needed is probably the toiletries :)

The breakfast was good, but the room was very cold. The air conditioning only went up to 24 degrees Celsius and didn't blow any hot air. The room was reasonably clean and tidied daily, but the window glass was cracked which was a bit alarming.

Close to the Arctic Gate, the room offers a fantastic view of the distant snow-capped mountains. The hotel is very new, with distinctive and clean decor. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast is substantial and plentiful. The only minor downside is that the location is a bit far out, about a fifteen-minute walk to the main street.

This hotel deserves a perfect 100! Our room faced the sea directly. I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration when booking, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a handwritten card and some delicious macarons, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel is brand new, so everything is pristine and the decor is beautiful. The location is excellent too; it's a great place to stay even without a car.

If it’s your first time traveling to Tromso and you wouldn’t know if you’d get another chance coming back, then I’d definitely recommend you to stay here. A must. Superb service, accessible bar anytime, perfect location and the view by the water and mountain, what else do you want? Tromso is walkable and this hotel is right at the heart of the city. You will definitely love it here. I did.

Great location! However, the room's soundproofing isn't great, and there's a bar right outside which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast, though, was outstanding! Easily the best I've had these past couple of days.

Location was good. Our rooms were ready early. It was quite busy so the lift was constantly busy and packed with people and suitcases so be prepared to use the steps which were fine. Hotel staff helped book us a larger taxi for the airport. The room was spacious but there were elastics and other garbage left in the bathroom from previous guests when we arrived.

They offer free parking at their sister hotel nearby, and there's also a gift shop with reasonably priced souvenirs and postcards.

This is the only hotel in Svolvær that offers breakfast (only Thon hotels do), and the variety is excellent. However, my friend's room on the second floor didn't have an elevator, and our third-floor room had practically no view. The room wasn't very big either.

This hotel is much larger than the one I stayed at in Oslo. When I arrived in the evening, there was a long line for check-in, but it moved quickly. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The view from the hotel window, as shown in the picture, was also fantastic.

We checked in pretty late like at 2am, and was glad the frontdesk was still open and they very quickly helped us check in without hassle. Pity that parking is paid (but do not park right outside the hotel at omma!, there's a waaay cheaper parking just the street across for 1/3 the price!) Room was normal, nothing special!

Decent stay, premium room comes with nice sea port view. Could have made more effort to make parking easier as foreigners are not familiar. Got a parking fine as we did not display the paid ticket but successfully appealed after writing in but caused inconvenience.

I gave cleanliness a perfect 5 stars. The location is very central, with Tromsø Cathedral just around the corner, which also gets a 5-star rating. Service received 4 stars because the room wasn't set up for three people, even though three of us checked in. Facilities got a full 5 stars.

If you're looking for the best spot in the city, this is it. The location is truly central and ideal. The service was good, making i feel welcome from the moment i arrived. But don't skip the breakfast—it’s worth every penny! Fresh, abundant, and delicious. Five stars well deserved for location, service, and food quality.

It was a wonderful stay and everything was very pleasant. The room was spacious, with a beautiful curtain wall view, and we really appreciated the telescope thoughtfully prepared on the table.

This is a 4-star hotel, but they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle for welcome, which was surprising. Even many 2-star hotels offer this basic service. I have stayed in both 5-star and 2-star hotels, and this felt disappointing. Small details like this really affect the overall guest experience.

The room is quite big. The location is good, close to the walking Street, easy to find something to eat. The room was clean. No parking, so we have to park at the public parking and walk to the hotel about 10 minutes. Parking fee quite expensive.

One of the best hotel in Narvik

Staff were very helpful solving my parking garage issue (parking fee not able to be settled with my credit card)

The hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great with diff drink and food variety. Kirkenes is a very small city so there is only 1 small shopping mall 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Not much to see and shop. Many restaurants closed at weekend and the hotel room itself is simple with no surprise.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The hotel view was also amazing; we even saw the Northern Lights on our first night. The breakfast offered a good variety too, with yogurt, bread, and even reindeer meat.

Room with "limited ventilation" Was asked at check-in if I wanted to pay for an upgrade because my room had "limited ventilation". The problem turned out to be that the window could not be opened properly, which made the room very hot. This is not normal.

The hotel did not meet expectations. The room was quite clean, but really hot. Parking in the parking garage of the shopping center next door was ok, but you should be able to pay for it at the reception.

This is a very special place. We stayed in one of the beautiful cabins for one night in February. Unfortunately we were both quite under the weather so we’re not able to take advantage and enjoy all the activities that are offered but friends we were traveling with loved their dog sled and snowmobile experiences.
