Atmosphere is perfect, if you like nature this is the right place. We were so lucky because we also saw epic northern lights.

Pre booked the day before.
Arrived and went to our pitch. As we were the only people there we moved to a different pitch. You get to choose your pitch online but you don’t know where it is. So we moved. Better view, and same price. Some road noise, but nothing too intrusive.
Facilities could do with updating, but there were clean with good hot water.
The views over the water were beautiful.

Amazing views from the room and the deck. Unfortunately our next door neighbours were parting, drinking and smoking so we spent little time on the deck. Still highly recommended

The view is magnificent !
But …
the bathrooms are communal, and not the cleanest. They should really advertise better the type of room that you get -not just lovely containers, but a lot of small cabins-, and the fact there is no private bathroom.
Very disappointed not to have been put up in a container (most of the pictures on the website were of those).
You can hear the road/the train/and your neighbours.
Difficult to book the sauna, as everything is in Norwegian.
Otherwise linens (a lot of places make you pay a surplus for them), kettle, hot plate and coffee maker were included.
The view is really the only selling point here.

We were surprised by the renewed cabins. It feels really luxurious with a great view on the mountains and fjord from your bed! Small kitchen, toilet and shower in the cozy cabin makes it complete. We had a great stay.

Quiet camping place with a great view. Service installations were clean and they have a small shop/take-away too. Some of the lots are on the smaller side, so be aware if you are travelling with a big vehicle.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and excellent facilities block with kitchen and washing machines. Free use of kayak and SUP, beautiful location on lake with great position to watch sunsets. Mini-golf, volleyball also. Only downsides are fairly close to road, but not a big problem. Very popular so can get crowded in summer.
