Close to the Arctic Gate, the room offers a fantastic view of the distant snow-capped mountains. The hotel is very new, with distinctive and clean decor. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast is substantial and plentiful. The only minor downside is that the location is a bit far out, about a fifteen-minute walk to the main street.

This hotel deserves a perfect 100! Our room faced the sea directly. I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration when booking, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a handwritten card and some delicious macarons, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel is brand new, so everything is pristine and the decor is beautiful. The location is excellent too; it's a great place to stay even without a car.

I gave cleanliness a perfect 5 stars. The location is very central, with Tromsø Cathedral just around the corner, which also gets a 5-star rating. Service received 4 stars because the room wasn't set up for three people, even though three of us checked in. Facilities got a full 5 stars.

If you're looking for the best spot in the city, this is it. The location is truly central and ideal. The service was good, making i feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The room is quite big. The location is good, close to the walking Street, easy to find something to eat. The room was clean. No parking, so we have to park at the public parking and walk to the hotel about 10 minutes. Parking fee quite expensive.

Love love love this hotel!! The receptionists are absolutely lovely. Cleaners are amazing! I have indicated that I’m allergic and when I arrived the cleaners triple checked the hotel and said “we’re hoping to do our best”. Reception is 24 hours and are always prepared to help. Breakfast is sooooo good! Highly recommended and will definitely return if I come back to Tromso!

The hotel is very well located with a lovely view of the church square. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, they have everything (there's even a gluten-free corner!), and the staff ensures nothing runs out. However, both the room and bathroom are small, and the beds aren't very comfortable. Given the price, the standard could be better.

It's also less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The rooms are well-equipped. The front desk is in a small room on the first floor and offers luggage storage until 8:50 PM if you need to pick it up the same day.

Staff were absolutely lovely, the room was very good in size and decently clean. The hotel is modest, so fixtures aren’t latest and greatest, but I was very comfortable staying there for 4 nights. The continental breakfast was delicious and totally worth it to start our excursion days fully energised. Would recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! It was fantastic—everything was super clean, and the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly. One of the best things was that we could always enjoy hot drinks in the kitchen area, available all the time. There were also cakes and waffles always ready, which was a lovely touch.
