The hotel is old, as are the facilities. The furniture is worn, and there are few electrical outlets in the rooms. It was summer in Norway, so there was no air conditioning in the room, but the seagulls were quite noisy when the windows were open, as it's close to the sea. Excellent location but rooms a bit outdated. Great bfast instead

The hotel is in the center of Molde, very close to the stadium. There is also a free parking lot near the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent and very comfortable. You can see the sea and cruise ships outside the window. It's totally a great 4 star hotel.

Great little stay at this hotel… Rooms a little small but clean and tidy

The hotel is close to the sea. When booking, I also emphasized that I should choose a hotel close to the sea. The environment is very good. It will be beautiful in summer. The breakfast is also rich. There is a gym next to it. It is good for running and walking around the sea.

Been there with coleagues on company dinner, roughly 20 people. Nicely appointed with americana influence, tables separated with wooden walls in groups of 2 which is great. Food tasty, maybe a little on the expensive side, choice of beer Basic. The staff took our orders but when it arrived they were unsure who ordered what which resulted in 2 people not receiveng their main course and waiting another...

Review Great staff, rooms needs more cleaning

The location is great and the staff were very friendly.

Just up the road from the bus terminal we arrived from and were able to check in an hour earlier. Friendly staff and room very clean, all we needed for an overnight stay. Nice view from the window. The breakfast at 175NOK (£12.50) was in my opinion not worth it considering the chain hotel we stayed in in Trondheim was only 25NOK more for a lot more choice including hot buffet items, but the onsite...

There where no handsoap in the wc/toilet. The internet was not good or it was weeeery slowly. The elevator was broken, not good if they give you room up the 4th floor and have bad legs.

Comfortable and beautiful Everything is perfect, the view from the room is beautiful and the restaurant is excellent. Even when dining on your own you are made to feel welcome and important. One minor point: breakfast starts quite late so if you have an early morning flight, you may miss it or have to rush.

The ocean view is fantastic, and the room has two balconies; large cruise ships frequently dock there. The bathroom facilities are somewhat basic and outdated. Also, because the windows are so large, the room can get quite hot during the day in the sunny summer months (most Norwegian hotels don't have air conditioning). It was a bit smaller room than other Thon hotels in different cities but still was good. A very small parking lot but s there was an empty spot. Overall very good!.

The room is small but clean. The location is a bit far from the town. The breakfast is rich.

Great hotel with amazing views over the fjord and mountains

The hotel declares as it has pool, but appearantely it doesn’t belong to the same company. They are charging extra for that. Room didn’t had the trash emptied and the windows was blowing through, wich wasn’t the best option with 4 months baby. Overall super spacious and well equipted rooms. Friendly staff.

All around great Fantastic location, very nice staff. Greatly enjoyed the pool and sauna on a rainy day. Looking forward to returning here some time.

Lovely stay at Finnøy Lovely hotel on the island of Finnøy. We had great weather, but I expect weather can be a bit harsh since it is basically next to the Atlantic Ocean. However the travel from Molde area with ferry ( check route times in advance) and island hopping in to Ålesund or opposite is well worth a trip. The restaurant offers a great 3 course dinner too. And they have a lovely cafe /bar...
