The staff at the front desk were great. The hotel is located close to the Souq, a supermarket and access to highway routes for getting to and from Sur.

Basic hotel close to the center of Sur; the room was a bit small, the bathroom wasn't so good (the shower was pratically on the WC...) and the conditioner was noisy and pointing directly on our bed, thus causing cold and few comfort. The hotel served an extremely basic breakfast, then we decided to have it elsewhere. Building an elevator would be really helpful.

The hotel is located right in the center of Sur, the souk is right behind the hotel, and the seafront is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and the bathroom is functional, but the woman in the middle, with no windows or curtains, is definitely uncomfortable. Still, recommended for a one-night stopover.

A decent option in the city, thank you so much for the increased comfort in the room on the top floor. We ordered dinner, it was edible, the staff is always friendly, they will tell you everything, give advice and help, thank you for your humanity.

Very good hotel at best location possible to stay. I liked my stay. Near and clean change sheets everyday m. Hot water and specially best pancakes and French toast breakfast I enjoyed.

very outdated rooms, you can see the unclean spots on the AC and fridge , the carpet is quite dirty as well .
i spent a horrible night as sime machines were running at midnight had to go down and ask the front desk to stop them ... didnt help much others were srill running... anyway for the same prise or almost go grand hotel wich i end up going next day much much better yes bit far from city center but worth it.

Great big room with a mini fridge and comfy bed. The best part was the man working reception when I came in the afternoon. Just the nicest and most welcoming guy! Breakfast was great too. There's free parking in the front of the hotel. If you don't have a car then there's restaurants nearby

Very good hotel if you want to stay in the center of Sur. The Souk is just around the corner as well as small grocery stores, restaurants etc. Rooms are comfortable and clean and there is a good choice for breakfast plus the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel in good location near souq and the corniche. Comfortable renovated rooms and a good bed. Breakfast and good coffee in the café / hotel lobby. The staff is very friendly and offer good service. Thank you Sur Hotel!
