Hotel Activa is a really nice hotel in Malopolska, the location is not far from mountain destinations and the quad bikes with sleds are really great. A rich breakfast, a party after a hard night comes in handy 😁 but what I would really complain about is the WiFi speed which was really very slow and nowadays it's really surprising. We stayed in the hotel in December 2024. I have to admit that the experience was rather poor. Swimming pool crowded and not the most pleasant. Breakfast acceptable, but scrambled eggs looked like grey/green… rooms and bathrooms aged. It’s not 4 star hotel. Great location and fantastic local restaurant just 100 meters away. I will not come again, but it’s not a disaster.

1. The room and reception service were incredibly poor and unprofessional. After one night, they forgot to clean the rooms 113 and 114 we used. On the day of arrival, we noticed that the area under the toilet bowl in room 113 had not been cleaned (Image 1). It's ok, however the place is a bit dated. Furniture, room quality and the whole building feel like the late nineties. The staff is ok, yet we had a strange situation, that I wasn't expecting from such a pricey hotel. The swimming pool, saunas and spa are great. Breakfast is decent. Lotcation is also great, until you are there to hike. Mountains and trails are close by. Overall ok, yet won't be coming...

A very tired and used hotel from the 80s. Held together by the excellent staff. Big credit to the barman. Generally i think this place was given four stars for the facilities. The swimming pool is not a aquapark. But does have excellent gym. Buffet break fast and lunch is adequate. But spa protocol is not followed, be prepared to tolerate unhygienic usage.

A good place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the area allows walking and cycling. There are many places to visit, incl. Lemko churches. Comfortable and comfortable rooms, delicious food. Yes, and I will definitely come back if I'm around.

A very nice place to relax after a day of activities. The rooms were quiet, warm (we stayed during the winter break), and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a great addition for evening relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is beautifully situated, with plenty of places to walk. A huge plus is that they accept pets. We've been coming here for several years, and unfortunately, what always strikes us is the freezing cold in the rooms (usually during the winter). The windows could use some sealing and a refresh, or it could be back in the '90s. On the plus side, the friendly service, very good food, and a pool...

Ok for the price. Unique place where you can watch russian and NATO propaganda on the same TV cable.
