We stayed in the hotel in December 2024. I have to admit that the experience was rather poor.
Swimming pool crowded and not the most pleasant.
Breakfast acceptable, but scrambled eggs looked like grey/green… rooms and bathrooms aged. It’s not 4 star hotel.
Great location and fantastic local restaurant just 100 meters away.
I will not come again, but it’s not a disaster.

Total disaster! My reservation at Hotel Klimek **** SPA was canceled by the hotel due to a technical failure, and I still haven’t received a refund! It’s been almost two weeks, and the hotel is still “planning” to issue the refund within 21 business days. This is illegal – they’re supposed to return the money within 14 days max. They’re not responding to messages! If the hotel can’t afford to refund a deposit, then what kind of shape is this so-called “four-star” place really in? Avoid at all costs!

It's ok, however the place is a bit dated. Furniture, room quality and the whole building feel like the late nineties. The staff is ok, yet we had a strange situation, that I wasn't expecting from such a pricey hotel. The swimming pool, saunas and spa are great. Breakfast is decent. Lotcation is also great, until you are there to hike. Mountains and trails are close by. Overall ok, yet won't be coming back.

1. The room and reception service were incredibly poor and unprofessional. After one night, they forgot to clean the rooms 113 and 114 we used. On the day of arrival, we noticed that the area under the toilet bowl in room 113 had not been cleaned (Image 1). In room 113, the double bed had a defective mattress, which, due to a protruding metal spring, led to poor sleep quality (Image 2).
2. On December 28, 2024, the reception was mostly staffed by a male staff member who was unable to provide us with the usual information about local tourist attractions. 3. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
4. Upon checkout on December 29, 2024, the aforementioned receptionist demanded an additional payment of 2,400.00 zloty for one person for room 114. A hotel manager was not available to clarify the matter. We therefore showed our own booking documents to the hotel receptionist and requested that the payment from trip.com be verified. Only then were we able to leave the hotel without double-paying.
Photos can be sent for this process once a reference number has been established.

A very tired and used hotel from the 80s. Held together by the excellent staff. Big credit to the barman. Generally i think this place was given four stars for the facilities. The swimming pool is not a aquapark. But does have excellent gym. Buffet break fast and lunch is adequate. But spa protocol is not followed, be prepared to tolerate unhygienic usage.

Hotel isn't that great,hallways very dark ,also entry way at night,almost tripped and feel of the steps,pool also dark and jacuzzi was at overchlorinated and had a headache all night from the fumes and other people in my party as well,breakfast mediocre for 4 star,room didn't have a fridge , overpriced and would not recommend

The water park is commendable. Clean, suitable water temperature and friendly lifeguards. For me, this is really a place worth visiting - adults can relax in the jacuzzi, use the sauna, and for children there is a separate pool and slide. I recommend!

A comfortable hotel in a quiet location, which is sure to appeal to people who want to fully relax and escape from everyday life. Safe, clean and beautiful. The water park on the territory is quite large, the pub is well stocked, so there is where to spend rainy evenings;). I will definitely come back here.

A good place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the area allows walking and cycling. There are many places to visit, incl. Lemko churches. Comfortable and comfortable rooms, delicious food. Yes, and I will definitely come back if I'm around.
