This is our second time in the hotel and everything was perfect 😍

Loved the location in the mountain area by the stream. Comfortable junior sweet for our family of 4. Very polite, professional staff.

This hotel is very nice for start. Looks new, luxury kinda. But my family and also my friends family had really cold room. Friends was fixed after few hours, mines not. I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.

For me the rooms are the biggest let down ... I've never slept in such a horrible bed ... I hardly had any sleep during the night, the room size is also not the biggest ,The staff is friendly (just) the other let down is the food ... The night I stayed, dinner was fish fillet with side dishes ( salad , potatoes and some other veggies ...so no meat option if you can't eat fish or don't like, plenty...

Very nice , comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a nightmare and so disorganised, needs organising properly for instance put the coffee, teas and drinks down the other end. Not much of a choice especially if you are vegetarian.

Nice hotel, big pool, good stuff, great breakfast, just a bit expensive. Anti covid restrictions are not forced by the stuff, that is the reason fot one star down.

I think one of the best Mercure. Fantastic big hotel, underground parking, big swimming pool, spa, fitness center. Big and clean rooms. The only issue is breakfast. Due to corona, you can not grab what you see and want but need to tell to waiter and he will bring it to you... A little bit inconvenient, but waiters are very nice!

Great hotel and fantastic coffee

This is a divine hotel. We have been coming here for Christmas almost every year for the past 10 years, so I can say most about the hotel at this particular time of the year. The hotel is more boutique size which we like very much, as it doesn't feel crowded even during such a busy time as Christmas. The food is what I probably enjoy most, the breakfast is good but the lunch and dinners are so delicious...

Great staff, great rooms, great pool, Jacuzzis, sauna. Fabulous food. Right across from the lift. We have been here several times. Always the same team members who remember and welcome you. I love the pool table and lounge.

Breakfast was really good. There was something for every taste. We love polish sausage and meat. Goralski smoked cheese the best. Coffee and home baked polish ciasta after makes good start for the day and hikes.

the hotel is absolutly fantastic! It is loceted opposite to the ski resort. The room was clean and big. The Staff was always kind and helpfull. Food itself was also worthy recommendation. i highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy free time in beautiful mountains!!!!

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with this hotel. Room photos on the booking website start only after the 50th photo! We were unable to reach an agreement with the lady to cancel the reservation and we had to pay for accommodation for 3 people including breakfast.... The hotel on site was very different from what was in the photos, but this interior is perfect for school trips. Location...

Decent room in the renovated wing, with a balcony and clean bedding, central location, close to the ice rink, 5 minutes to the promenade. Buffet breakfast, but there could be a wider selection of hot dishes. The price for the week was decent, so I can't complain about the breakfast. The service was polite and helpful. The stay was very successful. We had a very large room, beautifully equipped, nice new furniture. Large modern bathroom with a large shower cabin. We booked a room facing the yard, thinking it would be quiet because the hotel is located on a busy street. I will also add that there are two types of rooms in the hotel. The resort is beautiful. We were with my wife about 5 years ago and we remember this resort very well. Rooms beautiful well-kept and very clean. There is a direct descent from the resort to the beach. Service very nice. Delicious food. It is worth coming before the holidays, there are fewer tourists. The resort is located at the very end of Krynica, so there is no bustle of crowds as it is in the center...

Rooms with bathrooms are nice, comfortable and clean. There is everything you need except cosmetics (only gel in a dispenser). The massage performed by Mrs. Joanna was very good and relaxing. Breakfasts are varied, there is plenty to choose from. Unfortunately, the dinners were bar-style, cold and served without any attention to form. The service in the restaurant spoils what is left of the good impression...

An amazing place with a fantastic atmosphere and service that makes you feel like you are staying with your family. Breakfasts very tasty and worth the price. Double room small but cozy. And downstairs there is a restaurant so good that you won't be looking for another place to eat. I heartily recommend and will definitely come back!

The place is super silent! Reception personnel could have been a bit more friendly. Food is good. Keep in mind if you look single occupation in double/+ room, you'll have only one set of towels and 1 bad set/made. (a bit weird for the money they ask)

It can get really warm in the rooms in the summer, especially since mine faced the westerly setting sun every evening. Everything else was pleasant and I especially liked the private jacuzzi you can book for a small fee. The masseuse doesn't work on Sundays, which is a disappointment because if guests come for the weekend, they should be expecting to book spa packages on a Sunday.
