I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.

Nice hotel, big pool, good stuff, great breakfast, just a bit expensive. Anti covid restrictions are not forced by the stuff, that is the reason fot one star down.

I think the Mercure is one of the best. It's a fantastic, large hotel with underground parking, a large pool, a spa, and a fitness center. The rooms are large and clean. The only issue is breakfast. Because of the coronavirus, you can't grab what you see and want, but you have to tell the waiter, and they'll bring it to you... It's a bit inconvenient, but the waiters are very nice!

Breakfast is served in a very narrow corner and there's only one VERY slow coffee machine which means you have to queue for 15-20 minutes. Hotel has been modernized, rooms look like new, I suppose all have balcony. Friendly staff, delicious and fresh food for breakfast. Polish cuisine for dinner (16:00 - 18:00). Enough parking places. It can get really warm in the rooms in the summer, especially since mine faced the westerly setting sun every evening. Everything else was pleasant and I especially liked the private jacuzzi you can book for a small fee. The masseuse doesn't work on Sundays, which is a disappointment because if guests come for the weekend, they should be expecting to book spa packages on a Sunday.

Hello, I had the pleasure of staying at the Victoria Hotel last weekend. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and professional. It's fine. Good location, very friendly service, spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts, and parking is included. The downsides include the long stairs, which can be quite slippery, which can be a bit of a nuisance if you're carrying luggage, and the tiny dining room.
