Good food, good service, we enjoyed holiday in here

We stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.

All was quite good.
After a trip a nice drink would have been very welcomed, but wasn’t offered though it was there:).
One of the saunas wasn’t working and the reception wasn’t responding the phone for quite a time.
Pool is very little.
Breakfast was great with very helpfull staff.
Nice touch were some sweets for Helloween.
Some dust in the room.
Overall all quite ok.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Poznan Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and right across from the trade fair, which made everything very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with all the small details that make you feel taken care of.
What really stood out to me was the staff — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with a smile. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel bar was a nice place to relax in the evening.
Overall, I felt very welcome here, and the atmosphere was warm yet elegant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Poznan, whether for business or leisure, and I would be happy to come back again.
