This is our second stay at the hotel. I recommend it to everyone. The food is delicious. The pools are great. Everything is great.

A large hotel. It's like a city within a city. The rooms are large, but those facing the tennis court have a huge drawback – noise. You're woken by the noise of delivery trucks from 6 a.m. Breakfast is very good. Everything is available. There's a swimming pool, but there's no information on how to get to the saltwater pool. I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit. The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit. There is no comparison to what was here even 3-4 years ago...

This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. It's child friendly, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL, and you'll find nothing to complain about. The breakfast is truly memorable and overwhelming worth the investment. Don't miss it.

Where do I start....its certainly not a 5 star hotel. The hotel and rooms are dated and tired. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. To top it all off parking is limited and you have to pay, it's not cheap or reasonably...

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Lubicz! The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared — thank you to Ewelina and Patryk for making it feel so welcoming. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. The hotel staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Everything was fine, no complains.

The location is great, very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the only downside is that those on 5th floor habe roof windows.

A very intimate hotel in a great location. The breakfasts are very good, there is never anything missing because the staff makes sure that the plates are always full. The views from the balcony are a bit bad, but that's just a matter of the hotel's location. Close to the promenade and the sea. The hotel service was great, discreet, helpful and very nice. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy Utska! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront of Utska depending on where you go. The spa here is great, boasting talented massues, an infrared sauna, and a peaceful salt cave. The rooms are nice. There is no AC, but there is heating. Convenient location close to my place of work and great room and staff. Appreciated the over the top care I received to make my extended stay enjoyable. Especially, appreciated the ability to get bag meals on the days I couldn’t stay for breakfast.

Pretty okay It was okay. We went during the off season so the elevator was undergoing maintenance. The public area hot tub was pretty small, it only fits 4 people. Not the greatest for a winter stay and a long walk from the town center. Several small stains around the room, but overall fine.

Hotel Rejs is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The staff is friendly and helpful (They speak excellent English). The food is excellent. The location is perfect (tucked away on a side street). A November weekend in this place was a joy. Great location, close to everything. Sea views, even from the ground floor room. Dogs are welcome – a big plus. I spent a few days in October 2025 at the Radość Resort in Ustka. My room was on the third floor with a balcony facing the sea. We recently stayed at the resort. The location is fantastic. The rooms, although modestly furnished (I was a little angry with my sister when I entered the room), are quite comfortable because the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, however, very busy. However staff did well in keeping things filled.

I recommend this place. I returned yesterday from a week's stay. The service is professional, and the cuisine is delicious, perfect for even the pickiest traveler. If there was a problem, the receptionists were very helpful and responded quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I'll be going back to this hotel next year.

For people who value peace and quiet, due to its location outside the urban agglomeration, I recommend this resort. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, which is especially troublesome for older people

My wife bought a stay as a surprise so I didn't know exactly where I was going. The resort makes a bad first impression, very little space due to the number of additional attractions for children that are crammed together next to each other, an overwhelming feast that overwhelmed me at the sight of the concrete fence immediately made me think badly, only barbed wire was missing. No towels, dangerously slippery bathroom floor, large bedrooms but very small living room. On the plus side: greenhouses next to the houses, which can be useful during a family visit. I advise against a business/conference trip

We stayed in RBH for a family Xmas stay. We received overall an excellent service from the hotel staff. We steyed in a spacious rooms with enormous sized, comfy beds. We choose half board and every day we had a selection of fantastic food for breakfast and dinner. There is also really good spa center, which for most of days was empty so we had it almost sole use of it. Our aged parents felt appreciated...
