The staff in the dining hall, and one gentleman in particular, are unsuitable for customer service. Last year, he was running after me, peering into my plate and telling me that rice with apples was for children. This year, he didn't put out rice, but asked people if they had children and carried bowls of rice. It was ridiculous. When I asked for rice with apples, he refused it. I felt like I was in a prison dining hall, not a hotel customer. If a child wants an egg, will he take it away, explaining that rice with apples is for children? I didn't eat my dinner and I'm dissatisfied. This situation is unacceptable. Since, as this gentleman claims, adults often ask for this wonderful rice with apples, shouldn't it be added to the menu? I don't think it's a huge expense. I've been going here for years, and as a regular customer, I can tell you that this gentleman's attitude is unacceptable.

I'm currently on a rehabilitation retreat. I absolutely do not recommend it. There's no fruit, no cake. Often, like today, there's no bread. Two treatments are meager, and the price for two people is 9,500 złoty. The center is not adapted for people with disabilities. There are no toilets by the beach. We will never return.

From May 24th to June 7th, 2025, I stayed at the Hotel Ustka. As a disabled person who uses a walker, I find this facility ineligible. Due to the lack of an elevator, I was booked into a ground-floor room. It turned out there were two steep ramps, so I couldn't independently ascend and descend each day for meals and other activities (so what exactly is the ground floor?). I have a disability group 1, but I arrived without a guardian, which I informed them of when booking my room. Upon arrival, I informed the manager and the president of my difficulties with the ramp, but they didn't understand. On the contrary, I was accused of inquiring about the conditions in advance. I never would have guessed that the ground floor would turn out to be a mezzanine. Another issue is the lack of organization in the dining hall, meaning there were no fixed seats at meals, which was very inconvenient for me. Only after I pointed this out was a table reserved for me, which was a huge plus for me. Although the service was quite friendly, several times after I finished my main course, only then was a salad brought to me, which I had to ask for myself. Not to mention the frequent shortages of bread and cutlery, and often undercooked potatoes. The meals were not tasty. Now, I'll mention something about the room I stayed in for two weeks. The carpet was in terrible condition (not the cleaning staff's fault), stained, and so dirty that it could only be thrown away. My only positive assessment is the reception staff, who often helped me get up and down. This was mostly done by patients. In summary, I don't recommend this resort. I recommend the "Włókniarz" Holiday and Rehabilitation Center.
