The location is great, very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the only downside is that those on 5th floor habe roof windows.

Everything was fine, no complains.

What an amazing hotel! This was my home for 9 months,during my stay here in Poland. An experience I will not soon forget.

The staff are the strength of this hotel. They went above and beyond during my stay here. They made me feel at home and as if I was a part of their family. Everyone from the front staff, restaurant to the cleaning staff. I know them all by name, and I will miss them all. Thank you all for an amazing experience, and it was a privilege to be a guest at your hotel.

The rooms are clean and modern. I personally like the design and decor. Very Scandinavian. I had enough closet space and drawers for all my clothing. I have read how some other guests have complained about the size, but I don't really understand it since the sizes are stated in the homepage. I had a small fridge in my room. Perfect for cooling snacks and beverages.

The wifi was excellent, and I had no issues with coverage in the two rooms in which I stayed. I was able to install my Chromecast and could stream all my services without any issues.

The hotel is quiet, or at least I wasn't bothered by neighbors or other guests. The typical guests were couples, older guests, or other business travelers.

The breakfast is delicious and fresh. They make the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten. The buffet dinner and a la carte are well prepared and tasty. Considering the price they charge, it is a bargain compared to what the restaurants in town charge.
The only feedback I have is to please change or extend the closing times for the restaurant. I usually got back from work at around 17:00 to 17:30. Then I would usually go out for a walk and then either swim or jogg. By the time I was showered and ready to eat, it was past 19:00, which was the closing time for the restaurant. Forcing me to eat somewhere else.

There is a small SPA area in the basement. Meant for couples or solo guests. It consists of a jacuzzi big enough for two people. A sauna for 4-6 guests and two IR loungers. There is a changing room and shower and toilet. There's a massage room, but unfortunately, I never got to try it. So I can't really comment on it.

The location is perfect since you are close to the promenad, beach and main attractions and restaurants.

You also have access to the Grand Lubicz aqua park and gym.

I can definitely recommend this hotel, and I can guarantee that you will love it as much as I did.

A very intimate hotel in a great location. The breakfasts are very good, there is never anything missing because the staff makes sure that the plates are always full. The views from the balcony are a bit bad, but that's just a matter of the hotel's location. Close to the promenade and the sea. The hotel service was great, discreet, helpful and very nice. I recommend. I am very pleased with my stay.

From the start of my arrival they made me feel right at home, pleasant, staff always smiling and very helpful. If i needed or had any requests, that they may assist me with. The accommodations were very comfortable., and servace was excellent. Stan W

Great Hotel, New Rooms, comfy Beds, New Bathrooms,Watter Kettle with Tea and Coffee on every Room, International Television, Good Wifi, Great Breakfast, Access to Aquapark is in Price included which is a real bargain. All the Staff very friendly. Will stay here again
