Best hotel and service ever. Im an American and I spent some time in this hotel in January of 2024. I left some of my personal items and I was able to communicate to her and she to a cab driver to deliver them to my location which was hours away. If she still works there, I hope she sees this and know that I’m internally grateful ❤️

Great hotel
A pleasant, beautifully decorated hotel in a quiet area and very close to the market square. Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, polite staff. Highly recommended!

For me, this was a perfect stay. I stayed in a deluxe room with an enclosed balcony and view of the Vistula, the balcony being the perfect place to watch the sunset or just sit and ponder life. The hotel is just inside the Old Town itself, and it's just a very short walk to the tourist info centre, the castle ruins, the river walkway, and to the city bus. Staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating, and very responsive to emails beforehand.

My own wish is that I couldn't have stayed another night.

I was touring Poland and Torun was on my list. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by Marta with a great smile. She was gracious and explained everything I would need to know about the hotel. I definitely felt that I made a superb choice when I booked this hotel. Every person I met at the hotel was helpful, and even told me about things to visit and helped with directions (the map I received was easy to read and all streets and points of interest easily marked). I cannot remember the last time I was at a hotel and ALL employees were kind and helpful! Perhaps you could figure out your secret and share it with other hotels!?! My husband (who stayed at home) received unfortunate news from his doctor so I had to return home immediately. They were understanding and said I could stay at the hotel until I found a flight home. They were especially kind, thoughtful and always willing to help in any way they could until I left. I will always remember their kindness that really helped me during that time, especially since being alone. In fact, I told my husband about my stay there, and he said that since I had to shorten my trip, he would go back to Poland with me and we're definitely staying at Czarina Rosa! Thank you for my enjoyable stay, but most importantly, blessings for your kindness and support!

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Comfortable, modern rooms. Gracious, friendly, multilingual hospitality. Good breakfasts, great location.

Nice staff, good that they are on site 24/7. The breakfast was a bit spartan but quite okay. What was very bad was the condition of the beds. The mattresses were very bad and not suitable for people weighing more than 50 kg. the bed frames themselves were also in very poor condition and barely held together. The room was spacious and the toilet was perfectly fine. It is in a very good location in the old town.

It is nothing fancy, but the location was great, the room was large enough and clean, and the staff were nice. I would recommend for anyone who is exploring the old town.

This hotel is on a quiet street a block away from the Copernicus House Museum and right next door to the Gingerbread Museum (Muzeum Piernika), so the location is excellent for exploring Torun on foot. We had a room in the older part of the hotel; it was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and it was pleasant to eat outside in the courtyard. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay.
