Clean, Comfortable, Good location, Helpful staff

We stayed yesterday in Copernicus Hotel Torun, and we enjoyed very much from everything. The room, the meals, the swimming pool, the location of the hotel - close to the old city of Torun and mainly, We enjoyed the assistance we received from Kinga, a member of the hotel's reception team, on every issue we needed. Home if Copernicus Overnight stay on our way to Warsaw. The old town is within walking distance with quaint eatery s. You can tour the town in about 4 to 6 hours.

Super hotel in Torun, with very nice view on the river Weisel, very close to old town of Copernicus, just 10min walking distance. Parking places are available. Swimming pool in and out are great. To start off, we had a bit of an unfortunate situation that we mentioned to the reception staff and they were so quick and kind to resolve it immediately! Soon as you walk to the room there is this smell,I've been there 3 times and smell was in every room.Hotel needs updating ,small tv ,and no usb in every room.The only good thing was the breakfast .

I remenber when hotel stars use to mean something and not just what a hotel says it does.. Room and hotel are dated, the year 2000 comes to mind, worse is carpet everywhere... MY room was clean as well the rest of the hotel, but very dated. The best the hotel has is parking and proximity to city center, easy 10m walk. Breakfast was boring and almost continental.. Its just not a 4 star hotel 2-3 maybe

The rooms were slightly dated but they were spotless. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their jobs.

Bad personal safety Lacks personal safety: 1 access to floors is unrestricted 2 Door does not have a dead bolt 3 safe in the room is just laying there. Not bolted to anything.

The staff are very helpful. We stayed in the new building at this property and found the room to be clean and sufficient. Beds were only twin-size, so a bit small for adults. The location was terrific, an easy walk into town, close to restaurants and sites. We went at the end of November and found it was also easy to walk to the Christmas market. It was quiet and safe.

I am so glad I got the last available room. It was perfect! Everyone was wonderful! Paola was very very kind and helpful upon my arrival to the restaurant. Excellent, genuine service. I brought my cat. So easy. Excellent location.

Hotel 1231 was a beautiful place. It's tucked in a perfect location easy to get to center of town, but their spot is in a charming area in itself. We were checked in promptly. Our room was in the annex and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

The hotel is well-designed and cozy, suitable for business travelers. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the lobby is lovely.

The hotel is a historical building with a very interesting design. It is located right at the entrance of old Town Torun. The rooms were spacious and modern, but there is only one outlet per room, in our case was located where the desk was. Consider this if you need a Cpat because there would be no outlet near the bed. The breakfast room has a great view of the river and the food was good.

I stayed at 404 room for two night. 1. Breakfast: excellent. 2. Location: very good for sightseeing in torun. 3. Service and Room condition: unsatisfied. Airconditioner does not work properly. Complainimg it and front desk told me that it had fixed, but it was not when co.ming back from my tour. Second day morning, manager promosed me either fix it or change the room. We had a perfect stay! Starting with the welcoming broad smile of the receptionist who served us so nicely! Like all the other staff - the bartender and the servers during breakfast. The accounterment of the rooms have nothing left to wish for.

The Hotel Nicolaus is very close to the centre of Torun. The building has been nicely renovated and our room was a good size. We stayed in the cheapo twin room for about $ 42.00 per night. The room & bathroom were very clean. The great surprise was the very nice buffett breakfast in the morning! If you're on a budget or just don't like to pay more, this hotel is damn good! It's right next to the Old Town. It's no-smoking that I don't like but we enjoyed our stay here. I organised my daughters birthday party in the hotel and from the start until very end the cooperation with the hotel was absolutely amazing, especially that we had to continue it remotely. Hotel is absolutely fine, however room was very hot and couldn't be ventilated because of passing freight trains in the night. When airconditioning would be installed, it is worth 5 stars instead of 3.

Best hotel and service ever. Im an American and I spent some time in this hotel in January of 2024. I left some of my personal items and I was able to communicate to her and she to a cab driver to deliver them to my location which was hours away. If she still works there, I hope she sees this and know that I’m internally grateful ❤️

I can highly recommend the Spichrz Hotel having stayed for a few nights in September. The main building (note there is also an annex which I didn't enter) has been beautifully restored from the original granary of 1719. Absolutely one of the best hotels which I've ever stayed. Delish breakfast, kind receptionist, cozy place in Toruń old town, clean room and etc. Only negative point was there was no tissue box in room but we could use toilet paper instead. There's hotel parking lot, so if you travel by car, this hotel must be your first option.

I visited the Solaris hotel in December. Great hotel with friendly and professional staff. The hotel is located in the very center, on a very quiet street, with a beautiful Gothic church. Mixed bag. The room we had was very spacious for the price and there were hints of luxury. It was only surface clean though and that's not only about the room. My thoughts would be best described as "someone had definitely great plans and then he/she suddenly stopped caring". Great location, near the pine forest and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The open-air parking is huge and free. There is also an underground parking for 10 pln/day. Inside, both in the elevator and in the room, it smells like an old soviet train wagon. In the shower, there was some mold on the ceiling. No hand soap. An OK place for a one night stay. Would not stay here for a long time though.

Zusanna was absolutely lovely as the front desk. She was one of the kindest people we have met in Poland and made this hotel shine. The room was very big facing South and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is right next to Toruń's old town, within walking distance. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was very clean; the bathrooms were spacious. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the breakfast was excellent.

The check-in staff seemed rather uniterested in doing their job, otherwise the hotel is good and got a mild refresh this year.

This hotel maybe friendly to people with dog, because our room smells not good, when the door has been opened, the bad smell run out. Some people with asthma be careful.

The only negative I have for this hotel is that there wasn’t a refrigerator. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Very close to old town Toruń. Must go to Manekin for breakfast!! So delicious!
