Hotel Willa Tatrzańska in Krynica

We arrived to the hotel with our 4-months son. We made the reservation few months in advance. The hotel organized a party with cheap music, drunk people hanging around. It was terribly loud so loud that our room floor was vibrating. Our small child couldn’t sleep and was crying all the time. I went to the reception to ask to keep the party a bit more quiet. The reception worked said she is very sorry but she learned about the event only on that day. The second employee said she has no leverage on the quests. Basically we had a terrible night with our kid being totally woken up for the whole night. Organizing parties with some disco polo music for drunk people is rather a standard of a hostel rather than a 4-star hotel. I understand some social events but music being played so loud that the room floor is vibrating is simply too much for anybody who wants to have a peaceful night, especially with kids. Sadly, it was very disappointing how the crew dealt with this matter.
To sum up - if you like a hotel with rough disco polo parties - this is a place for you (I am sure that the attendees enjoyed it a lot!). If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax, in particular with a family - avoid this place.
