Nice place in Central part of Krynica. Lofty and elegant rooms, underground parking and spa are great, but breakfast need some improvement 😉

We arrived to the hotel with our 4-months son. We made the reservation few months in advance. The hotel organized a party with cheap music, drunk people hanging around. It was terribly loud so loud that our room floor was vibrating. Our small child couldn’t sleep and was crying all the time. I went to the reception to ask to keep the party a bit more quiet. The reception worked said she is very sorry but she learned about the event only on that day. The second employee said she has no leverage on the quests. Basically we had a terrible night with our kid being totally woken up for the whole night. Organizing parties with some disco polo music for drunk people is rather a standard of a hostel rather than a 4-star hotel. I understand some social events but music being played so loud that the room floor is vibrating is simply too much for anybody who wants to have a peaceful night, especially with kids. Sadly, it was very disappointing how the crew dealt with this matter.
To sum up - if you like a hotel with rough disco polo parties - this is a place for you (I am sure that the attendees enjoyed it a lot!). If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax, in particular with a family - avoid this place.

Rooms with bathrooms are nice, comfortable and clean. There is everything you need except cosmetics (only gel in a dispenser).
The massage performed by Mrs. Joanna was very good and relaxing.
Breakfasts are varied, there is plenty to choose from.
Unfortunately, the dinners were bar-style, cold and served without any attention to form. The service in the restaurant spoils what is left of the good impression... We enter, no one greets us, we report our room number and we have the impression that we are invisible. The waiter doesn't say "please", he doesn't say any words, which makes us feel like he's ignoring us. We have to wait half an hour for dinner, even though it is a dish chosen the day before (only one of two dishes to choose from, not fried, so it's quick). It's a pity because it's a beautiful hotel with history in a very good location.

A great place on the accommodation map of Krynica. Villa located in the center with its own parking lot (underground!). The service was very nice, the breakfast was delicious, we ate dinner once - unfortunately it was very average... (the trout ordered by my wife was not very fresh). Comfortable, large, air-conditioned room with a large balcony overlooking the Krynica promenade. Will we come back? Certainly, because despite a minor inconvenience (the above-mentioned dinner, you will definitely improve :-) - and there are very tasty dishes nearby in Wisła), the Willa itself is a nice, new and comfortable facility with wonderful air-conditioned rooms, an elevator, an underground parking lot, and a spa. - in the very center of Krynica.

A great stay in every way. The hotel is new and beautiful, large rooms, comfortably furnished. The villa was commissioned in 2021. Very nice and friendly cleaning ladies. Tasty and varied breakfasts. We sometimes ate dinner in the restaurant and we liked it too.
In Krynica you can spend time in an interesting way, bike, mountains, concerts, museums, pump rooms, good restaurants.
Mrs. Katarzyna from the reception recommended an interesting trip for us and "ordered" electric bikes. All the ladies from the reception were very helpful and engaged. Mrs. Alina stored our luggage.
There are three saunas, it was nice to use them. We will definitely return.

Everything ok, if not for the restaurant and dinners served there. Heavy and fried dishes. The customer has only two options to choose from the pre-imposed menu (no buffet style). Drinks to choose from are coffee, tea and water. WRONG. Lack of even juice...
Heavy soups - seasoned with cream, flour. After 3 days we asked for potatoes for dinner, because how many fries can you eat ... Unfortunately, the restaurant does not have potatoes. And French fries are everywhere, on every corner. That's not why you come to a restaurant....
On the last day of our stay we were given a choice of: fish and chips, burger or third course - ATTENTION - breaded cheese.
After eating such dishes, a person can only get indigestion.
On the spot, we noticed that the "restaurant" was empty. There are no customers. The service itself says it straight. A certain level is required of a 4 star facility. And it's not about the black stiff uniform of the staff.
We were happy with the hotel but the food sucks. Lack of good products and a cook with experience.
You run your business in a spa town and you serve food like from the proverbial "kennel".
