I didn't see any bed bugs.
Even though I booked a private room, the privacy is only visual. My room was directly next to the common area where people speak super loudly even at night. You can find some unconcious drunk people laying down in front of your door in the morning.
I can't say it's super clean but it's acceptable for the price. Location is great.
I booked for 3 nights but could not stand and left the hotel after the 2nd night and booked another one.

After I had checked out, I returned to the hostel because I had mistakenly left my backpack in the room.
The staff member Anya told me that the backpack was not there and refused to go upstairs with me to check the room or to ask housekeeper for information about it
When I tried to check the room for my stuff, she used physical force and pushed me away, and then forced me to leave the apartment.
Later, when the room was opened by other guests, I was able to enter and found my backpack inside the same room!
This behavior is unacceptable for any accommodation service.

It's the worst hostel in town. I got a bed bug bite as shown in the photo, the toilet was extremely dirty and smelly. I also found a rotten apple that had been there for weeks. Dust was all around under the bed. The receptionist with glasses was very rude and grumpy. If you don't mess up your holidays, STAY AWAY!!

Me and my 8 friends booked out an entire 8-bed dorm. In the middle of the night when we were waiting on 2 friends to come home, a woman came in to our room when we were sleeping. She stole many items from us adding up to a total cost of above €600.
When we realised I went to reception, the girl at the desk was helpful in looking through the CCTV and assisting with the police when they arrived.. but she also said that this same woman has been here before and also stole some items - strange why she was let back in again?

We were extremely disappointed upon our arrival at Absynt Hotel. Despite its convenient location, the condition of the property left much to be desired. The rooms and common areas had a strong smell of cigarettes and damp carpet, making the atmosphere unpleasant from the start.
The heater in our room was not functioning, and the beds were both extremely uncomfortable and noisy — easily the worst we’ve encountered during our travels. The only reason we stayed for two nights was because of the hotel’s proximity to the areas we needed to access.
Upon check-in, we discovered stained bed sheets and had to request clean ones from reception. Additionally, the pillow provided was not a proper pillow — it felt more like a bag loosely filled with cotton.
As two young female travellers, we did not feel safe during our stay. The presence of a large number of older male guests on our floor made us uncomfortable enough that we felt the need to go to the bathroom together.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and hope management takes steps to improve both the facilities and the overall guest experience.

BED BUGS To anybody considering staying at this hostel, don’t. My girlfriend and I discovered bed bugs in the bed, and I was bitten. It was late at night and NO ONE but the kind security guard (who couldn’t do anything anyway) answered or was available to help us. We informed the agency through which we booked, and they told us that this was not the first time this happened in this hostel. We have photos and videos of the bugs running on our bed and our clothes, and I have pictures of the bites they gave me, and yet we received NO REFUND, neither from the hostel, nor from the agency. We were told that “the hostel refused to refund us” (verbatim). We had to sleep on the sofa in the common room for one night, and anticipate our trip back home the next day, at an additional cost that of course was not reimbursed. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. You can find much better for the same price.

BEDBUGS: My bed was full of bedbugs, I went in the middle of the night to inform the receptionist, she literally replied to me “I am sorry, but if you want you can leave the hostel”! Of course I would leave at 2am and go where? So I had to stay with bedbugs! The next morning I noticed that they actually reuse the same bedsheets to fix the bed and don’t change them! Just add 1 or 2$ and get a clean place instead! Plus the place is located right in the party area, so it’s quite loud to sleep.

The price is cheap, but the Wrocław hotel is not expensive either. I just wanted to save money, but actually there is no need. Compared with chain youth hostels, the conditions are average, but the price is summer and the booking is relatively late there, so I didn’t bother. Very complaining.
