Sheraton Sopot Hotel in Sopot

Everything was just perfect!

We stayed for 2 nights in Sheraton in the heart of Sopot. The hotels location is spot on and one could not have asked for more. The rooms were comfortable - amazing bed - and the bathroom with both a shower and bathtub were an added bonus. We booked a room with the sea view, which was partially obstructed by trees as we got a room on the first floor - which was a tad disappointing. Downside of the room was the A/C which sounded like a dishwasher when on.
The spa area - very nice pool, and loved the saunas even though one was broken. The hammam and finish sauna did the trick. Also added bonus for the snow machine outside the Finnish sauna.
Biggest disappointment was the breakfast though. One would expect a lot of variety, local foods, super food etc from this class of a hotel. Unfortunately that was not the case. The cheese selection was mediocre at best not to mention that the cheese was stale. Also no sliced tomatoes, and pretty basic stuff. Definitely could upgrade the food quality and up the choices.

No complaints here, great hotel for both summer and winter. Kind and courteous staff close to the attractions and private beach access. A+

Beautiful and centrally located hotel, right in the beach near the pier in sopot. Rooms were fantastic and the staff were beyond incredible. Julia from front desk went beyond expectations, ensuring our stay was comfortable and without incident. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice, the room was a 10 The service was absolutely wonderful at the bar. but we ordered a caesar salad which was supposed to be chicken salad parmesan and bacon but there were anchovies which were not on the menu. I would not recommend to people with fish allergies. We asked for a refund and an explanation. And they said that this is how their salad is served in the hotel. Okey but that does not anwser my question why was it not mention on the menu.

The room is big, nice

It is a perfect hotel for the perfect location; it is all about the location; it is in the heart of the town;everything is very close by ; all locations are almost walking distance including the main train station and the shopping Center ; the hotel has a sea view rooms and you can walk to the beach and enjoy the view. The rooms are amazing and clean and have beautiful views. The staff are friendly and supportive always. There are many restaurants in the hotel. The price is reasonable

The hotel is nice, but the service is lacking. Much of the staff were unable to answer basic questions like what does a certain item on their menu contain. And rather thab find out, they ignore you or direct you to someone else, who probably also does not know the answer. Location is excellent and right at the beach, surrounded by many restaurants.
