An amazing stay with a wonderful river view. Great food and great activities for the kids. SPA and pool nicely equipped.

It is 4 star but feels like 3 star, breakfast and lunch were ok , self serviced (kind of all inclusive concept). Ale carte restaurants are a bit pricey but good. Alcohol/drinks were a bit dissapointing (as they mainly use sugar -syrups) parking is 50 pln per day( it is ok). location and view is exceptional. hotel is generally ok,nothing special. however, it is really good for the children, as too...

My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

Nice hotel, good food and lots of stuff for kids (&adults) to do. Rooms need a bit of a refurb and AC (missing).

I took my girlfriend here for 2 nights. Room looked a bit old, but it had its charm and it was clean and tidy. Great value for money. If only they’d also have napkins in the room, it would be even better. I saw some people here complain about the service from the staff, we were very pleased with the attitude of the staff, and most of them spoke english on our stay. The hotel overall makes a good impression, the rooms were okay. Nothing high-end, but clean and functional, and we really can’t complain. We have had a night in economy bungalow. A nice view from terrace to the lake, trees and other bungalows. Enough cool room, so suitable for hot summer. Refregirator, kettle, Herbapol tea, bottle of water in room. Clean room and territory. Quiet place among trees. Wifi just in main building. Pleasant staff. Unique delicious breakfast, tasty coffee. Single rooms are small and would call claustrophobic. TV sat, hairdryer, fridge, basic cosmetics, tea, coffee, A/C available in rooms. If you need iron call reception. Quiet area, access to small sandy beach and marina.

Great location, but poor Wi-Fi and room equipment. Tea during dinner costs extra. The sauna area is located on a different floor than the swimming pool, which is inconvenient. There were constant issues with cups and plates during breakfast. You can book much cheaper apartments near the hotel and get the same benefits as staying in the hotel itself.

Reception was really nice and helpful answering all of the questions. They helped us transferring, the luggage since we had the room on the island, which is actually further than we thought. The spa area is really nice, with 6 saunas that you can visit and wasn't overcrowded when we were there. Massages could be better for the price though maybe we just didn't have the luck.
