My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

It is 4 star but feels like 3 star, breakfast and lunch were ok , self serviced (kind of all inclusive concept). Ale carte restaurants are a bit pricey but good. Alcohol/drinks were a bit dissapointing (as they mainly use sugar -syrups) parking is 50 pln per day( it is ok). location and view is exceptional. hotel is generally ok,nothing special. however, it is really good for the children, as too many atteactions big play grounds.

Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

The only advantage is the spacious room. Stuff doesn’t talk in english. All information is described in polish. Everything is very old and worned out. Pool area is poor, baths half working. A hotel with a swimming pool, but there is no place to dry towels or swimwear in the rooms. 4 Stars hotel and you have to pay for barhrobes rent. Food doesn’t look very tasty. First impression: what a bad smell in the dinner place. Food variety is very poor. Definetely this hotel is not worthy of 4 stars, at least 3. For this price, we expected better rest. I really had to stay in much cheaper hotels in Poland that surpass this hotel in terms of quality, modernity and service.

Ive stayed here a few times now over rhe last few years and every year i hope its beeb upgraded, but it never is.
The Hotel does not have Air-conditioning in the rooms, there is a wall mounted machine which will blow some air up into the curtains but this is not AC.
In the morning my rooms temperature was 30 degrees!
My room was on the 5th floor overlooking the Lake which is a great view.

Nice hotel, good food and lots of stuff for kids (&adults) to do. Rooms need a bit of a refurb and AC (missing).

120 zl per person for an additional Swedisch buffet is outrageous especially since meat and fish are often quite dry.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Situated near the Mikolajki city center and with a great view over the lakes the location is of course perfect, especially if your balcony offers a lakeview.

If it was possible I would give ZERO stars. Old, expensive, in the middle of nowhere, nothing to do, boring, even if you take all inclusive option you have to pay extra for alcohol and entertainment. The WORST hotel I have ever been at.
