Definitely recommend! A very comfortable stay—starting with the accommodation, through all the conveniences of the wellness area, swimming pool, and gym, and ending with the staff, who were extremely kind. I am also very grateful for the children's entertainment; the playroom is well-equipped and very clean, and the animations (available during holidays) were great. Special thanks to the animator, Mrs. Hania!

Reception was really nice and helpful answering all of the questions. They helped us transferring, the luggage since we had the room on the island, which is actually further than we thought. The spa area is really nice, with 6 saunas that you can visit and wasn't overcrowded when we were there. Massages could be better for the price though maybe we just didn't have the luck. Swimming pool is rather small and has lots of kids in the afternoon without much space to relax or lie down. Also the water could've been hotter.
The thing that could be better for sure is the parking. A small next to the entrance which costs 85zl per night and that's under the cloud I don't think I saw higher price in the whole Poland. There is another one further down which costs 65zl, but that's down the hill and across the street, so taking all of the luggage from there is really uncomfortable. I would imagine in a hotel of this renown it would have been much better. Like actually 2 storey in place of that second one with a connector to the apartment area through which you can reach the lobby under the roof in the rain or snow, without being blasted by wind, which is quite common here in the evening.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our experience at Hotel Mikołajki Leisure & Spa. The breakfasts were excellent and offered a wide variety of choices. The SPA was relaxing and well-equipped, although during the peak season it might be a bit crowded. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The panoramic windows and balcony provided a stunning view from our room, which added a lot to the relaxing atmosphere. However, the bedroom did not have a window that could be opened, which made it quite uncomfortable and very warm at night. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind, but the lack of an opening window in the bedroom was a drawback for us.

A very nice restaurant in a high-standard hotel, with beautiful views and delicious food. I give it 5 stars because the food was excellent. However, I’m not sure if the chef really knew how to cook steak properly, since mine had to go back to the kitchen twice — it wasn’t cooked as it should have been. So that’s where the problem lies.

Beautiful location with excellent, friendly staff. We were welcomed by a super courteous concierge at the arrival to the venue, which set the tone to the day :) We enjoyed a delicious and really versatile breakfast, chefs using local ingredients - the entire multi-generational family enjoyed it a lot. Very nice, surprisingly spacious rooms, overlooking the lake. We enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant/pub, sitting at the picturesque lake terrace. Good wine selection, great service. Fantastic find for a future visits to Mikolajki! Thank you

This is not a 5 star hotel, staff barely speaks English, I was told just to “google it” when asking about things, the breakfast is mediocre, spa pool is poor, needs outdoor pool, the saunas were fairly good but some of them not functioning, the facility looks nice but is inconvenient, long walk to the lobby and dining, the gym was nice but far away and difficult to find, there was a nice bar with pool a d bowling which the kids liked. Overall, not a five star hotel, obviously wants to be with large buildings, good location on the lake with great views but lack better service and better trained staff
