Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes. The swimming pool is small, but it has two large saunas. All facilities, including the rooms, are kept clean and staffs are also kind. I'd love to visit again someday.

We stayed at Przystań Hotel&Spa in late June 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. We chose the Aqua Apartment, which was comfortable and spacious, with a large terrace balcony overlooking the lake. Nice hotel, nice location but not quiet.. The room was nice and renovated but the walls are so thin you can literally hear every conversation from the other room next door … if this problem was solved it would have been perfect. The service at the restaurant was also very long. 1h30 for a meal and a dessert and I was alone.

Great location close to the old town… short walk to restaurants and places of interest. The room was clean and spacious for a family with three kids. Buffet was clean, not overly rich in food choices, but enough to grab something quick. One area where we were a bit disappointed is service, both at the front desk and the restaurant…. Employees there seemed annoyed with our presence and short in...

We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park. But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous.

We didn't stay at the hotel however went just for the water park! 10/10. Very clean, free lockers included. Age appropriate for all kids and adults. Was not crowded! Will go back again!

The grey slide was clearly closed for long-term, but meant one less thing for younger children to do. Only one waterfall was on, & many other water jets not working. Graduation towers also not working. Many areas roped off, or completely empty, giving sense of tiredness to venue. No towels provided...

Tiffy Boutique Hotel is a clean and simple place to stay, but it definitely doesn’t reach the standard of a true 5-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel offers free and spacious parking, which is very convenient. The entrance area is tidy and welcoming. The staff is friendly, but it feels unusual that the reception is combined with the bar, which doesn’t match the expectations of a 5-star property...

Very well thought out hotel. They pay great attention to the tiniest details to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is also kid-friendly with a lot of entertainment options for kids. Whether you are planning for a trip as a couple or a family I think Tiffi Boutique Hotel would be a great choice. I recommend!

You can really feel the attention to details in this boutique hotel owned by a private owners, nice breakfast with a view on the lake, amazing outside deck, clean room with a lot of adds on and goodies. Very close to the city center of Olsztyn. Porsche charging station for the happy few,,,

A magical spot right on the lake — calm, beautiful, and perfect for walks along the water. Our room was modern, spotless, and full of light, with a view that made it hard to leave. The restaurant was excellent, but what truly made our stay special was the front desk service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable, even setting up the sofa couch for the kids and checking...

It is a very luxury, and well located hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful. It is a kid friendly place. The view is magnificent. It is located in between the lakes.

Location is amazing. Skip the restaurant for dinner and go to nearby restaurants with better options. Rooms are generally comfy, but the bathroom doesn't have great ventilation so is constantly wet. Service was a miss. They advertise a bunch of activities, but don't help you book any of them. My last service encounter was a 20zl charge for a missing key card... Probably the only hotel in the world...

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. Just a good place to get away from all the noise

Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was crowded but delicious and vast selection. Dinner choices were combination of Polish and intercontinental cuisine. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Nice area to walk even with snow!

Luxury. ...gorgeous setting like winter- wonderland ...every room has view of lake...snow covered photo! Very quiet, restful setting...service tops too.
