A magical spot right on the lake — calm, beautiful, and perfect for walks along the water. Our room was modern, spotless, and full of light, with a view that made it hard to leave. The restaurant was excellent, but what truly made our stay special was the front desk service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable, even setting up the sofa couch for the kids and checking in to be sure everything was just right with extra blankets and pillows. Thoughtful, kind, and genuinely welcoming — we couldn’t have asked for more.

It is a very luxury, and well located hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful. It is a kid friendly place. The view is magnificent. It is located in between the lakes.

Rooms are generally comfy, but the bathroom doesn't have great ventilation so is constantly wet.
Service was a miss. They advertise a bunch of activities, but don't help you book any of them. My last service encounter was a 20zl charge for a missing key card... Probably the only hotel in the world to charge for this.

The food here is amazing. The location is magical. The building is beautiful. But the service needs improvement. It is very hit and miss with the staff. Whilst all are polite, the attitude kind of sucks. This could be a magical resort for a wellness retreat or family trip, but the staff need to be trained on how to provide a 5 star service. For example better guidance can be given on what walking or bike trips to take, better communication when facilities stop working and then work again (the bowling stopped working and we weren’t informed of either it stopping to work or being fixed). I’m sure this place will continue to have visitors, but the team can be retrained on what it means to provide 5 star service.

The hotel offers many activities, but you can't play billiards or bowling. Although the hotel states that it operates from 8 AM to 10 PM, when you arrive and ask if you can do these activities, the answer is that there are too few people, so it's not allowed. When asked what indoor activities are available, it turns out that everything ends at 7 PM, and they only suggest outdoor activities. Very disappointing due to misleading offers and unavailable activities.

The hotel is pretty good, but the activities they offer are not always available. In my case, the bowling alley should have been open, but when I tried to book a time for the bowling alley, they said it was closed for no reason. And so with all the activities they offer, they write that they should work, but nothing works.

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. Just a good place to get away from all the noise.

Stay away for organised packages and new year party. It is wasted money! We joined friends for new year party, which is as very very very low quality. It was overbooked, the service was stressed and the hotel has not even been decorated, the food quality has been average. Besides the reception, nobody really spoke English - generally there are better places when you have kids and better place when you look for five star experience - close by as well. Stay away, for this money - not worth it.

Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was crowded but delicious and vast selection. Dinner choices were combination of Polish and intercontinental cuisine. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Nice area to walk even with snow!

the party was SO badly arranged that we actually filed a complaint to get our money back. The food was very minimal, no “open bar” as initially stated, awful playroom and activities for kids and a very minimal plaza (no place to sit!!) for the night party. The music was the lowest quality possible and NO FIREWORKS FOR THE EXPENSIVE NEW YEAR PARTY!!!! Very short sided strategy to save money. They lost their most loyal customers!!
