The hotel was large. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but a few things needed replacing like the drain plugs in the sink. Also around the bathroom mirror needed replacing as it was black. These issues didn’t present a problem.

Nice rooms, good breakfast and close to old town.

Accessible to old town and all other needed facilities. Old charming hotel very well kept and homely. Bouncing castles and a playroom available for the kids to play. Food at the restaurant was delicious, and the wine measurements were very perfect for the price. Highly recommend.

Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes. The swimming pool is small, but it has two large saunas. All facilities, including the rooms, are kept clean and staffs are also kind. I'd love to visit again someday.

We stayed at Przystań Hotel&Spa in late June 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. Nice hotel, nice location but not quiet.. The room was nice and renovated but the walls are so thin you can literally hear every conversation from the other room next door … if this problem was solved it would have been perfect. The service at the restaurant was also very long. 1h30 for a meal and a dessert and I was alone.

The room was as expected for a Hampton hotel - comfortable bed, good location and friendly staff.

The location is great, and the hotel provides good value for what is available in the city.

Modern but a bit small with limited space for storage (no drawers) and no chair other than a small desk chair. Breakfast is uninspired, just enough to get you through the morning. Bottled water only furnished on day one. Hotel is OK for one night but more than that starts to feel old.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good WiFi, sufficient breakfast and secure parking for a reasonable fee. All good.

Great place to stay for short-term stays. 15min walk to the city center where there are plenty of restaurants and activities. They also have a digital key system that can be activated via the app, but it only works like 60% of the time.

It is a very luxury, and well located hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful. It is a kid friendly place. The view is magnificent. It is located in between the lakes.

Location is amazing. Skip the restaurant for dinner and go to nearby restaurants with better options. Rooms are generally comfy, but the bathroom doesn't have great ventilation so is constantly wet. Service was a miss. They advertise a bunch of activities, but don't help you book any of them. My last service encounter was a 20zl charge for a missing key card... Probably the only hotel in the world...

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. Just a good place to get away from all the noise

Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was crowded but delicious and vast selection. Dinner choices were combination of Polish and intercontinental cuisine. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Nice area to walk even with snow!

This hotel has heated bathroom floors! Wonderful. In the picture, you can see the view from the dining room, where we ate our buffet breakfast. Everything was delicious. What called my attention were some of the small extras, like apples in a basket in the reception area.

Overall a nice and clean hotel, but be warned to check underneath the sheets and mattress protector, because something might have died on your mattress (see pictures)... The other bed and the rest of the room were clean though. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. It was easy to park the car at the hotel. This was in room 135. The mattress pictured really should be thrown out...

Overall, the hotel was good. Rooms and other facilities(restaurant, bar, parking lot) were suitable for guests who visit Olsztyn for any reason only except not for tourism. The location of this hotel is on the southern border, so easy to go to from Warszawa, but slightly far from city center.

Close to the main road which is very convenient for business visits. Restaurant serves tasty meals also with tasty vegetarian options.

We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park. But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous.

We didn't stay at the hotel however went just for the water park! 10/10. Very clean, free lockers included. Age appropriate for all kids and adults. Was not crowded! Will go back again!

The grey slide was clearly closed for long-term, but meant one less thing for younger children to do. Only one waterfall was on, & many other water jets not working. Graduation towers also not working. Many areas roped off, or completely empty, giving sense of tiredness to venue. No towels provided...

Our stay at the hotel from October 16th to 19th was excellent. A group of around 100 people was welcomed with great kindness and professionalism. The staff were consistently helpful and flexible, responding quickly to every request – even when additional rooms or last-minute changes to the schedule were needed. I'd say the room needs to be remodeled. Except for the room condition, everything was fine. The swimming pool was very clean and the sauna was a great place. Breakfast was delicious. If the room were remodeled I would like to come again.

Views are amazing, just by the lake, with ability to rent a boat, just great. Rooms are clean and tidy, and we loved the lady by the pool reception and her sleepers! Would recommend overall!

We had our camper for repair and needed a hotel for one night. We ended up in Pirat Hotel and that was lucky❤️ We had such a great time in the pool and the fantastic restaurant at the hotell. (So good, so large portions and absolutely great prices👍🏻) Do not understand why this hotell is 2 star? In our opinion it is at least a 3 star. We will hopefully visit this great hotell and city again. Suited...

Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

Beautiful place for a wedding. Just next to the lake with amazing views, beach, boats. Close to the city and to the nature. Great service. Really delicious food. Can't say anything about the rooms. But everything else was perfect.

It's more than 3 stars hotel, breakfast is marvelous and services is fantastic and staff are keen and helpful. Very good for families and couples it's very close to the public lake, they have a great sauna with affordable price. Definitely I'll come again. If they'll provide some slippers for rooms it'll be perfect.

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

Great value for the price. I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future.

Hotel was very modern with a lovely restaurant with excellent food. Shower and bathroom were spacious.

The hotel still needs a bit of an upgrade. But for 3* it's okay. We booked an apartment. Beautiful inside but a bit not happy with the view.

This hotel is big. So are the rooms. But big is not necessary beautiful. There is no air conditioning. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. There were no glasses, just paper cups. Our TV remote was falling apart. It did not work. My wife saw reception and was given a handful of batteries. The pillows were awful. We were told the bar opened at 6pm. We went there. Not a soul in sight. We did not bother...

The hotel is full of fungus on the walls, especially on the ceiling of the club room. The food is not salty enough, and the tea is Korwin-styled (full of sugar). The service is not so friendly, only the receptionists are nice. There's no fridges or teapots, but you can rent a teapot from the reception. The bathrooms are very old and need a renovation, especially the showers. The location is very nice...

Also bowling and attractions for kinds. Amazing surroundings- You can go for jogging, walking or even close to hotel You can ride a horse.

Small Hotel in Olsztyn, 10 minutes walk from the old town. They do not have staff at reception, they work with a system of codes sent to your telephone, which I found a bit of a nuisance. Room was very wide, with street views. Comfortable bed and correct toilet.

Very nice stylish property, big rooms with all comfort needed and a very professional receptionist ( Katarzyna) who spotted my name and conversed with me in very good Spanish with humor and very focused and personalized efficient service and kindness. Very good breakfast also . Highly recommended .

We stayed here for about a week in November. The rooms have been renovated, king sized bed, very clean toilets / bath rooms. The breakfast has a good variety and was good enough in taste. The service staff were very kind and courteous. They have even obliged to my demand for changing my room!

Tiffy Boutique Hotel is a clean and simple place to stay, but it definitely doesn’t reach the standard of a true 5-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel offers free and spacious parking, which is very convenient. The entrance area is tidy and welcoming. The staff is friendly, but it feels unusual that the reception is combined with the bar, which doesn’t match the expectations of a 5-star property...

Very well thought out hotel. They pay great attention to the tiniest details to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is also kid-friendly with a lot of entertainment options for kids. Whether you are planning for a trip as a couple or a family I think Tiffi Boutique Hotel would be a great choice. I recommend!
