While the rooms are pretty generic, the hotel is in a convenient location and has exceptional quality of the breakfast. Very good value for money.

I was surprised this is a three star hotel, because it definitely feels like a way better hotel. All the staff are young and polite enough. Rooms are clean and very comfy, it's pretty quiet, food is pretty good, there is a small gym inside and overall it was pleasant xperience.

Everything was really good. If you compare this hotel to the one we previously stayed at, it deserves even more than 5 stars. The service was great, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and big. The bathroom was nice and also clean. For breakfast there were waffles and a lot of other tasty food. Overall it was a great experience and I wish i could have stayed longer.

Quiet location in the city center, great atmosphere in the room, clean and attractive.

This hotel is not far from the train station, just a dozen minutes' walk away. There are dumplings for breakfast and the room is very clean. It is recommended to stay.

The hotel itself is not very large for US standards. Located in the very center of Bialystok, but far enough to provide quiet and peaceful stay, away from all the hustling and bustling of the Main (Kościuszko) Square, with all it's restaurants, bars and busy promenade, in short walking distance actually. It is very close to all the "strategic" places, like Central Train station (short walk), Central Park with Branicki Palast, Central Department Store etc. We had a Family gathering in a private room there and it was a real treat! Our lunch consisted or a large variety of delicious Polish and international appetizers (marinated hearing, Beef Tartar, Salmon Tartar, wooden trays of excellent ham, local cheese specialities, gourmet salats with different added meats etc. So not your typical "baked Ziti" and cheese-and-crackers-type of appetizers. Than we had a variety of soups, with excellent pumpkin cream soup and duck broth with smal duck meat dumplings for example. Main course included Antricot steak, fish and chips, typical Polish meat- stuffed kolduny (large dumplings) with wild mushroom sauce, venison, pasta with different sauces etc. Everything was served promptly, hot and delicious. We had a large variety of wines, prosecco and traditional Polish vodka from Podlaskie region - Black Żubrówka (name derived from the grass used to give this vodka a specific earthy smell, grass growing only in the Białowież forest, home to the Bisons). And we had a yummy cake with layers of maracuja/mango cream, with different teas, and of course coffee. EVERYTHING was really tasty.
I must compliment the hotel for it's Service. Starting at the reception and than during our lunch, everyone was very nice and professional. Our Servers made this stay a treat for the entire family and friends!
I asked some of the guests, which were out-of-towners and stayed AT the hotel, about the rooms. They vere very pleases as well.
I highly recommend this Hotel for ALL your stays: business, leisure, business or family lunches or dinners, regardless!
