This hotel is not far from the train station, just a dozen minutes' walk away. There are dumplings for breakfast and the room is very clean. It is recommended to stay.

Good food for breakfast and you can eat in the evening too. Good location

Recently opened hotel on a side street close to the city center, very quiet location. The spotlessly clean rooms in a pleasant design feature a sofa. The breakfast is OK and is served in the entrance hall, could become crowded at busy times. There is also a children's corners to keep the little ones occupied.

Nice modern hotel, conveniently located close to the motorway, excellent for transit travellers from Baltic countries. Our room had a garden view, and there was no noise from the road. Breakfast was rich and delicious, very nicely served. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Cons: soundproofing of rooms is clearly insufficient. If you happen to have noisy neighbours during your stay, you are out of luck.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the soundproof windows - even though the hotel is by the main roads full of cars, but with the windows closed and aircon on, its a complete silence in the rooms. And food is really good

A very nice hotel. Spend one night there, arrived late, but the reception was still very nice and friendly. No buffet breakfast because of COVID-19, but the breakfast is still good. People work very fast, are nice and polite. Rooms are clean and big enough. Very good for the price.

There's no fridge ,the breakfeast is not that good but rooms are well done ,cleane and is about 1km of old town.

Good place for transit for the money you have to pay. However do not expect a lot from the place. Also the breakfast should receive a refresh. Also the employees do not know a lot of english mostly keywords but again I am not having big expectations.

Honestly a pretty good hotel. Looks pretty good and has nicely sized rooms and beds. No fridge with drinks thou :/ but other than that the breakfast was pretty decent and most importantly free wifi :P I've even noticed that they have their own servers! Good place to rest after a long journey, I'd recommend it :)

A great hotel in central Białystok close to all bars restaurants and ice cream shops . Very comfortable bed well stocked mini bar , I will definitely stay there again .

Excellent stay. The hotel is located in the city center with easy access everywhere. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff is fantastic - everyone we interacted with was phenomenal. A special thank you to the check in staff for their patience and excellent attitude.

nice hotel very much right in the centre. restaurant was great food was delicious ( very generous though) only room was bit small that I was expecting. room and bathroom were clean, only shower gel was empty. I did not ask for a replacement, so it was OK.

An aged building with sauna and gym on the basement level. Fabulous buffet breakfast of a god variety. Fish along has salmon, herring and mackerel plus a few local dishes to try out.

Great location, easy access to almost everything. The restaurant deserves 5 stars. However, as a professor of management, I would say the management is not competent enough for hospitality business. The parking is an issue. Rather than talking to the city to make a deal at lease about the parking space right in front of the door, the management responded a complaint on parking in almost page length...

Great location and strong WiFi was the only plus. Parking was requested to be paid on the top of the room cost (while it was stated that hotel offers free parking), appliances and room were outdated. The classical/artdeco/1950s interior design was barely visible inside the hotel. For 4* chain (Best Western) hotel, there were no cosmetics in the bathroom. I would not stay again!

The pool and spa could do with an upgrade, but our Polish and English family ( some staying in the family home locally) loved the pool, different spa areas, slide and the elephant. It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

This hotel is in a great location. Attached to a shopping centre and close to the old town . Rooms had more storage than it first appeared. There was no fridge but there was a kettle. The shower was walk in which was good but the water went over the floor . Breakfast wasn’t to my taste but there was quite a lot to choose from . Lots of cold cuts and cake.

The hotel was easy to find this the parking place is not indicated. I drove at another place, a block beside the hotel. The elevator has a glass window and you can see outside when going up or down. Fantastic hotel for short city breaks. I stayed here couple of times and each time I was satisfied. Perfect location , the rooms are very clean and fresh. Great value for money ! The breakfast is really good- lots of options and freshly prepared plus good coffee machine. Parking outside available. Comfy beds and cosy rooms. Can’t ask for more then that.

Old World Charm I love a place like this…the complete opposite of soulless modern. I arrived after midnight and the young man at the desk was patient and kind and beyond helpful after my long trip from Berlin. The room is charming. We didn’t get the rooms on the same floor which was difficult for us as we had to run up and down the floors. We've spend one night there. The room was very clean, the shower nice and fresh towels. The curtains in the room could be improved though. They were too light and didn't block the 4 AM sun so why even put them there? The food was really good and tasty. Pet friendly. :) The price for the dog was good - 20 zl. I have liked the place of the hotel - even if it wasn’t at the center of the city, near it was a few shopping centers. But there was no shampoo in the bathroom and was not so many choices of food at the breakfast.

This is an amazing hotel. One of my top places to be. Beautifully decorated, spacious room with a huge terrace, extra super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and most of all: extra friendly staff. Located near or rather in the very centre of Bialystok with good parking opportunities right in front of the hotel. I had a room with a fantastic view over a park. Next visit to Bialystok….definetely this hotel

Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was excelent. I would definitely choose this hotel again just for the sake of breakfast. The only downside is that staff does not speak in English. If you do not know Polish, Ukrainian, Belarussian or Russian language, it would be a challenge to understand the staff and communicate your needs. Other than that - just visit for the sake of breakfast.

We had their 4 course lunch package after my daughter's christening. We were a group of 14 people. The food was delicious, I can recommend. The air conditioning in the room was underpowered and took a long time to cool the room, next time I would switch it on 2 hours before the party starts.

Very nice hotel and excellent brekfast. Only minus from the carpet covering the while floor, caused my allergies to pop up.
