Everything was really great from start to finish. This is what it should be like (after just spending few nights at a famous 5 star hotel which was not nearly as enjoyable)!

Staff was super nice but room looked like hasn't been used in a while. Breakfast was spot on although separating veg, vegan and meat would be nice

This was my second time in a suite. 100% recommend! In fact coming back in July and booked a suite again! Front desk girls are so great, always welcoming and kind. Breakfast is delicious. ONLY recommendation I have is to have bugger bath towels! xox book it !

Quiet location in the city center, great atmosphere in the room, clean and attractive. Bathroom/shower also very attractive. The breakfast is very good! Best value for money in my opinion!

This hotel is not far from the train station, just a dozen minutes' walk away. There are dumplings for breakfast and the room is very clean. It is recommended to stay.

It's not great from outside, but inside it's actually a very lovely hotel. Super friendly staff, nice decor and spacious and comfortable rooms. The biggest surprise? The breakfast! After watching all the reviews..i dont know what else to add, everything met my expectations. Food was good, breakfast had large variety of tasty food. Rooms were very nice,very modern and had air conditioning. Not too far from town center and easy to drive in/off from here. Not to mention the prices, its a hidden gem and whenever ill come back visit this lovely city ill make sure to stay here again...

The room was not suitable for people with special needs.

Great place to stay. Room was very large and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces at the rear are so convenient. The jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing. Centrally located so short walking distance to shops and bars.

This is a very conveniently located property. We used the parking lot in the back for about $15 which made it easy and worth it. They have a nice jacuzzi spa area downstairs to use. Room was pretty spacious. Blackout blinds could have blacked out more. Only woken up twice, at 2 and 4 by drunk people outside but it was a weekend.

A nothing special hotel, very central and good check-in. Room was a decent size and bathroom clean but a bit on the small side. The curtains were not block out which was not very good when the sun was rising around 4 am. There was also a lot of noise in corridors and from above floors.

One of best hotels we stayed at in Poland and one of the best overall. Extremely clean, courteous service, excellent bar/restaurant on site and most importantly the best possible location in Białystok. Pool, hot tub and spa were fantastic amenities.

Nice modern hotel, conveniently located close to the motorway, excellent for transit travellers from Baltic countries. Our room had a garden view, and there was no noise from the road. Breakfast was rich and delicious, very nicely served. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Cons: soundproofing of rooms is clearly insufficient. If you happen to have noisy neighbours during your stay, you are out of luck.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the soundproof windows - even though the hotel is by the main roads full of cars, but with the windows closed and aircon on, its a complete silence in the rooms. And food is really good

I rented one of their flats on booking on Jurowiecka 15, flat was clean, but floor was damaged and definitely need some attention, also it had A/C what was a great bonus on warm days.

Stayed here many times. Yes It's a bit dated, but it has a charm to it and is perfectly clean. Staff are very helpful for special requirements and the added bonus of the waterpark.

Very good hotel just due for refurbishment during Covid but as value for money is OK

It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

The building itself isn't particularly attractive, I have to admit, but the outstanding customer service, ample parking space, and tidy rooms are definitely a plus. I would certainly recommend it.

A hotel like no other. Renovated rooms, nice ladies at the reception, clean but rather modest. Small but comfortable rooms and, unfortunately, a small bathroom. Overall, the hotel is average, but the restaurant located here suggests an increase in the overall rating to very good. We spent 3 nights here and it can be said that it is a good base for exploring Podlasie.

We often stay at this hotel in Bialystok and are always extremely satisfied. But this time we got a room that had a stench that was impossible to get rid of. The hotel has a great location, friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful varied breakfast!

The standard is average, but nothing special. It's hard to find a room at this price in the area. The important thing is that the bedding is clean and the room has its own bathroom. It's a good option for one night.

The hotel needs renovation, but it's clear that something is being done. The location is excellent, as there are three shops very close by (Biedronka, Arhelan, and ZABKA, and even a Lidl a bit further). There's also a bus stop nearby, which takes you to the train station or the city. The bathrooms on the third floor need some updating, in my opinion, and the water in some rooms was colder than expected...

Good for pet lovers and for one night but no more. My first experience when the bathroom is in the wardrobe ; ) For that price for 10 people - good.

Considering the price hotel is fully worth it: service is good, wifi works great, food is fairly good. For money saving I would visit it again.

This amazing hotel has 2 stars but deserves at least 4. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were very good. The rooms were beautiful and air-conditioned, and they've been renovated. I also liked the terrace where you can eat at the restaurant.

There's no fridge ,the breakfeast is not that good but rooms are well done ,cleane and is about 1km of old town.

Good place for transit for the money you have to pay. However do not expect a lot from the place. Also the breakfast should receive a refresh. Also the employees do not know a lot of english mostly keywords but again I am not having big expectations.

This hotel builds up on itself as you make your way inside, from what it looks in the pictures, it's a lot better on the inside. Breakfast buffet was very good and so was the staff. Children's play area right outside our room was great with toys and games, so yeah, it was a great stay at hotel Silver.

Everything was very good, except one thing, the blanket for sleeping stunk, so much that i woke up at night and i had to turn it.

Hotel is amasig, breakfest with nice local food( meat especially), as hotel has SPA/pool it woudl be nice to have batrobes already in room closet. I wanted to use SPA just before closing and went there robed with towels- which is not convenient if you wear only swimsuit.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, not many people in the morning but a lot in evening( it was private event) so if was hard to get parking . Otherwise nice. Nice room with enough space, bathroom could be a bit cleaner. It is a bit of the city centre.

Honestly a pretty good hotel. Looks pretty good and has nicely sized rooms and beds. No fridge with drinks thou :/ but other than that the breakfast was pretty decent and most importantly free wifi :P I've even noticed that they have their own servers! Good place to rest after a long journey, I'd recommend it :)
