The room is large, clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. The port is right outside the door. The scenery is pleasant. The sea view room is beautiful. The breakfast is rich. The facilities are complete and comfortable. The environment is beautiful.

Large rooms, and great service. Nice bar and restaurant, food is good. But their internet access seems a bit slow, so thats a minus from me.

The room seemed fresh. Walk-in shower was great. Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel. There were different flavours of herring, a fresh waffle maker and a good selection of fruit as well as the hot and cold food selections.

It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to. To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception. The rooms are clean, carpets stained only occasionally, and in general, the breakfasts are awesome, withh a wide variety of vegan stuff as well as substitutes for allergic people. What's disappointing is that does the egg station doesn't do anything else but scrambled eggs. Another disappointment...

Overall one of the nicest hotels we stayed. It can definitely have 5 stars. It seems to be renovated, staff well trained, naturally polite. Big smart TV in the room, perfect carper colour in the room and on the corridor, bathroom equipped in perfumed liquid soap and hair shampoo.

This hotel is a must try. Excellent location within walking distance to the beach, several museums and restaurants nearby. Super clean rooms and public area. This is only about Gdynia city as this was the only default, it's a port city on the baltic coast of Poland ,known for it's modern buildings including the museum of Gdynia which exhibits local history, with a distinctive fountain in its centre,museum ships are moored at the southern pier

nicely located near to beach and cliffs + the location is very convenient, close to the beach and cliffs + we could see a snippet of the sea from the open window + rooms are spacious and in good condition + breakfast with a variety of food - the water pressure in the shower is ridiculously low!

Lovely area , the personel very friendly, breakfast quite nice. But room had some missing bits for being a 4star hotel. No body lotion in the bathroom. Towels in super bad shape. Small little things that makes this a 3 star hotel. But overall we’re happy.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach. The restaurant serves good food, also breakfast was great - incl. fresh fruit juices, vegetables, etc. The room was spacious, equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Just positive points.

Great hotel for a short or long stay! We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and a private (paid) parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcome! Unfortunately there are construction sites next door that doesnt make it a "nice" area. Nonetheless...

Very cozy and clean room, with kettle, water, tea and coffee included. Possible for the late check-in, 24h reception. I forgot some of my belongings during my stay, contacted Hotel to find out how I can return it and they were very kind to prepare a parcel for the courier which I organized and in the end got my belongings back. From the moment we arrived... everything was faultless.. It is an absolutely beautiful boutique style hotel with amazing decor! The rooms are stunning - all different. Quality bedlinen, towels, fitments etc and the bathrooms are gorgeous! Now to the staff... the Management have to take credit for the AMAZING staff... every single member of staff were so polite, helpful - nothing was too much trouble...

I d propost an updated to the gym, specially a new Technogym treadmill. It will be much better and silent. Also some elastics for other types of exercises.

Amazing stay at My Story Gdynia First time staying at this hotel but will definitely return to stay here again. Everything about the hotel was amazing and first class, from the spacious rooms with its modern bathroom to the restaurant and the great food. Staff were very friendly, and the room was cleaned daily which was fantastic.

Nice view from 4th floor, comfortable bed, sufficient area, clean, big bathroom. Own parking. Very nice people. Absolutely no complain in these areas. Maybe breakfast could be a little more diverse for 4star hotel however I know November is definitely not the busiest season.

Love this place! Staff were super friendly and the spa area is excellent. I went during a conference and arrived late - they very kindly opened the pool and sauna for me - couldn’t have been more accommodating! The burger was also incredible - highly recommended!!

The Hotel is in the downtown and it is nice, because it's just pretty close to everything. The room is standard,toilet and shower are clean. Beds are ordinary. Small refrigerator. I liked the quiet location and cleanliness with kind staff. However, the double bed I requested in advance was very uncomfortable because it had two single beds attached.And I requested a replacement of shower towels every day, but the requests were not made as a result.

Rooms are clean. Single rooms has a very small bead. TV is also very small and signal not so great. Service is a little negative, room service forgets towels. Restaurant sometimes is closed and breakfast is very pour.

During my stay at this hotel, the first thing I noticed was the very attentive and pleasant staff. Angelika has a good command of the English language and is also very attractive. This friendly young woman showed me the way to breakfast and also informed me that parking is free. In the future, if I need to book a hotel in Gdynia, I will definitely choose this one. Highly recommended.
