Quite a disappointing stay for a 5-star Relais & Châteaux with 2 Michelin keys. While the property is beautiful, the experience is let down by poor attention to detail. Instant coffee in the room and a repetitive breakfast (same pastry available 3 days in row) with no toaster freely available (had to ask and wait for them to bring the bread toasted) or hot chocolate is just not good enough at this price point. The pool was also way too cold (27.5°C) to actually enjoy it.
The worst part was the check-out: staff lacked transparency regarding our voucher balance, with the receptionist literally scribbling messy notes on a piece of paper to do the math instead of providing a clear invoice/folio (had to ask). After spending 3 nights and over 2000 PLN, they still made us pay 34 PLN for a final coffee and water because their internal exchange rate left us with a tiny balance. It felt incredibly petty and lacked the hospitality you’d expect from this brand. The menu is also the same everywhere (restaurant, bar, room service) and very limited/peculiar (I’m sorry but who actually wants to eat rabbit for room service?), we had to leave the hotel to find dinner, twice in 4 days. Sorry, but would not recommend. We were really really underwhelmed.

The Quadrille is a truly special hotel. Each of the themed rooms is unique, high-quality, and lovingly designed. The rooms are also very large and offer plenty of storage space. It was also the cleanest hotel we stayed in during our holiday and we received a little welcome gift (homemade chocolates).
The staff are highly professional and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Great importance is attached to special products and high-quality selection. We highly recommend booking massages, trying the signature drinks in Pub 10/6 in the hotel basement, and visiting The White Rabbit restaurant. Even though the fine dining restaurant has not yet received any awards, the young team ensures a wonderful evening and a culinary experience.
A little downside is the gym. It is very small and does not reflect the rest of the hotel.

We came to stay at this hotel based on the Michelin rating, but we were disappointed with our stay, which never got off the ground. Starting with the reception staff, who not only didn't know the hotel's own website's rules but also refused to follow them. In our situation, anyone with a guide dog could find themselves in the same predicament. After providing all the necessary documents and certifications proving that our dog was a trained assistance animal, the receptionist asked us where we had read that we could stay at the hotel with our guide dog. When I showed her the hotel's website's rules of conduct, she switched to a different version, claiming that we needed to send our documents by mail in advance. This was not mentioned anywhere, and it's unclear if it was even true. As a result, we were denied accommodation. I never would have thought that places that are highly rated by Michelin could be so unethical towards people with health issues. If Michelin considers this place to be luxurious and exquisite, their words hold little value. This message will be sent to an organization that protects the rights of people with disabilities for further investigation.

Really lovely location, most wonderful spa, very friendly and professional staff and breakfast to die for. One comment.... for thr value paid, you would expect coffee machine in a room.... not instant sachets 😔

Very beautiful hotel with extraordinary personnel
We had a romantic couple trip and absolutely loved our stay! We were coming from Gdansk and the hotel is easily accesible by taxi. The room was big and very comfy, the beds and pillows were excellent. The hotel itself is VERY beautiful, my wife absolutely loved the interiors and design. Great choice for breakfast, room service is fancy. Spa is ok - very new and clean, relaxing, the choice of saunas was good. Personnel was polite and service-oriented in an extraordinary way. Also - NO kids, so we had a quiet and calm weekend. The territory is very well maintained, nice park for a nice walk. We are taking one star off for the glass door to bathroom - there was nothing romantic in that as the bathroom is one room with the toilet. So not sure where the designers were going with that but that was definitely not our favourite feature. Also the Gdynia town is nothing much really, so the surroundings further than the hotel park might not excite you.

From the moment we arrived... everything was faultless.. It is an absolutely beautiful boutique style hotel with amazing decor! The rooms are stunning - all different. Quality bedlinen, towels, fitments etc and the bathrooms are gorgeous! Now to the staff... the Management have to take credit for the AMAZING staff... every single member of staff were so polite, helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They had all been sworn to secrecy for my husband's birthday.... and not one let the cat out of the bag! The food... again... fabulous! We ate in the "pub" downstairs, and the restaurant - superb! Breakfast - just super - something for everyone.. and a hot menu to choose from. Almost forgot... fab indoor pool and spa/treatment rooms too! Everything was just perfect... I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough... I was absolutely delighted with my choice, as was my husband!... We hope to return very soon... but until then - a HUGE thank you for making our stay so very special!

Just great! Large hotel room, lovely breakfast and restaurant. Clean and friendly hotel. Totally recommended! If there is one tiny little downside, it’s the class door/wall to the toilet. Would have been nice with a little privacy.
