The room was fine, the bed comfortable, bathroom was clean and the whole suite have been cleaned every day. Armosphere at the hotel was good, receptionists were kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were also tasty. The only disadvantage was cool water at the swimming pool and sleeping in the family suite might be claustrofobic for persons sleeping upstairs on antresola ( mezzanine).

Clean hotel, staff was friendly, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet. easy, secure parking on-site was a huge bonus for our trip. We most likely select this hotel next time

Very well organised breakfast, food is structured by product groups, amazing range of breakfast options, delicious 😻personal is friendly. Spa zone access is provided for 1h/day, but it’s a plus, cause it’s not crowded then. Lobby is perfectly decorated, the smell is fantastic near the Christmas tree 🎄🫶💥

Visited on a road trip around Poland with my 8 year old daughter and father (who is disabled). Everything was great (including massage for me and my daughter l). The room was not fully equipped for a disabled person, though. Perhaps I just booked too late.

The room was large and clean, the bedding was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The facilities were complete, and toiletries were plentiful, all from the L'Occitane brand.

This hotel was a dream! As a gold member I did not book via the webside because I was offering a super package incl.half pension!. Super friendly staff! Very helpful, giving me early check in and late check out! Also the sauna was perfect, very clean and well provided! I really recommend!

Fantastic views and property is very nice but they need to invest into the garden more. The staff at the restaurant were very nice, Victoria, Agnieszka and Dominika in particular but everyone was friendly- the room service shuts down too early, would be nice if they stayed open longer or have 24/7 food for the room

Great hotel, located at the sea, professional staff. Room was rather small but comfortable. The best point are hot thubs and pools, both indoor and outdoor are available, all great. Good sauna area but some was closed due to maintenance. There is also relax room with sea view, adults only. I would visit again for sure.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. When you walk out the main entrance you are on the main walkway which you can follow to the main sea-side square with plenty of shops, entertainment and the main pier of Sopot. The hotel also shares it's building with a clothes shop, trinket shop, two café's and a restaurant. The hotel itself is gorgeous, some of the hallway was being refurbished...

This hotel is almost really good, BUT: - Breakfast: Very good selection, but the buffet is put on the tiniest place in the (big) room so that it's getring crowded when more and more guests arrive. Staff is mostly not very motivated and kind of rude. - Rooms: We had a room on the first floor with great view, but when neighbors start smoking, you get the smell in your room... And smoking is not allowed...

The hotel was very nice, the room was a 10 The service was absolutely wonderful at the bar. but we ordered a caesar salad which was supposed to be chicken salad parmesan and bacon but there were anchovies which were not on the menu. Great hotel and mostly great staff. The hotel was very nice. The day staff were excellent. The night lady was pretty crusty. Asked her for a wine opener at the bar which is attached to reception. Was told “My co worker went to a party and didn’t show up and I dont know where it is. The next night we caught her with the opener in her hand and reluctantly let us open our wine bottle.

I liked the Hotel Aqua Sopot. It is near to Sopot Aquapark and seaside. 30 mins to Sopot Port,9 mins to train station and 3 mins to Aquapark. 🌊 Room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately wasnt soundproof. I heard a man was snoring from next toom 😄. Also, in my room No-103, hair dryer didn't work. Service was hospitable and nice.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, public transport, and shops. The staff is very friendly, and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is good and served as a buffet. It’s a great base for exploring the area. The rooms are nicely renovated and everything can be easily arranged. On the downside, the bathroom feels like it’s stuck 20 years in the past.

We had a great stay in the hotel, we felt very welcomed by Adam at the reception, he helped us with all the things we needed and was very friendly! We ate twice at the hotel restaurant was really good, the rooms were kind of small otherwise everything else was good.

A wonder walk through old woodland down steps to the sandy beach and the Baltic, Hotel Aqua is in a terrific location. It is also a few minutes walk away from a railway station for trains to Gdañsk or Gdynia. Breakfast is extremely well provided. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, possibly a challenge for the less able. Restaurant is available but check first!

It was a late book room because of friend's 50 years party in the hotel for my son and myself, the room was perfectly cleaned and tidy, the staff was very kind at all the time, and when I woke up this morning at 5.00 am in the morning and run out of coffee, I went to the recepcionist guy to ask for some extra coffee and fresh milk, and he delivered straight away, thank you all for make a lovely day...

Recommend! Great stay close to the beach! I was a little worried having read some of the reviews here, but had no reason to be. Sure, the building is older, but the rooms are big and comfortable and the bathrooms are big, newish and clean. The breakfast is great, has everything and more. The beach is so close by, the location is awesome. Staff is nice. No complaints whatsoever.

Perfect location to the beach . Very good location , when coming out of hotel , you see the beach , so it’s just a mins walk . Very good service from reception , did not try the breakfast , next time I will certainly try . Water cooker in the room , but with just 4 teabags ( we stayed 3 nights) , perfect if there were a bar or restaurant in the hotel premises , we had to go looking for a restaurant...

For the price this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Am currently at the hotel and had the write. The staff is young and energetic and super polite. I would come back because of that. The cleaning girls are young as well and nice. I don’t understand why someone would write a negative comment! If you super fancy and pay a fortune go next door to the Marriott! Regarding the Sofitel in Sopot, the location and service were fantastic, truly enhancing my stay. However, it’s time to consider updating the rooms, which still reflect the 1980s and 90s, with more modern designs.

We checked in while they were filming and we weren't able to use most of the entrances nor the garden. They were limiting the ability to walk on the beach.
