As soon as you enter the hotel, you’re hit with a strong, greasy kitchen smell. On the second floor, there’s an unpleasant odor in the hallway. In the room, it’s a mix of stale carpet and cheap fabric freshener, which has soaked into the bed linens and towels, all laid out on a tired-looking bedspread.
For 535 PLN with breakfast, I expected a basic level of comfort, but this hotel doesn’t live up to either its 4 stars or its price. The breakfast was poor and tasteless.
If you have a choice – pick somewhere else.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the conditions for future guests.
