Decent place, good location I spent a night there with some colleagues durign a work trip, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and were nicely clean. The decor is quite horrendous thou, but hey. Good place near downtown, the service and atention of people working there quiet correct and really easy to park around if you go by car. But it is also true that my room needed urgently a renovation. It didn't match with a four stars facilities.

The single rooms are in the old part of the building which is a different experience from the new. Still a comfortable stay and good value.

Clean and comfortable. I was lucky to find free parking behind the hotel, but there is also a secure underground lot. Big property beautiful common areas and a spa attached. Right downtown and good value.

The hotel was very close to some nice places such as a little cafe on Jałowego, the Galeria mall, and the Rzeszów square. I could walk to these places in about 10-15 minutes. Great location The location was great: 20 minutes to the centre. The room was bright & clean with most amenities. Coffee/ tea facilities and bottled water were a nice welcome. Breakfast was great: hot & cold items which were replaced efficiently. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. We reported a blown bulb which was swiftly replaced. Highly recommended

Clean and centrally located on the main square. In need of a major redesign / overhaul. The room was large but bare, the bathroom could have been another whole bedroom it was so large. The shower was too small to bend over to wash your feet, but the bathtub was large enough for a family of 4. Poor use of space. Eliminate the tub altogether and build modern showers like competing hotels. Strange...

Decent hotel that's located near the center of the city and was easy to walk around and get food or just chill outside. Though there was a lot of drunk people down the nearby alleyways so if you had your window open you'd hear them yelling and shouting all the time throughout the night.

We have years, of history here, so it is difficult to rate them poorly. The rooms are as they have always been. We recommend the half suite with large tub. They have increased pricing significantly, with parking and breakfast costing extra now. The newly added Muru restaurant is a real plus. The dinner menu is excellent and deserts outstanding. Fabulous hotel with fabulous choice for breakfast, hotel situated just off the square , only a 1 minute walk to the old town, there was a supermarket and pharmacy out the back of the hotel and there was plenty bars restaurants and cafes on your door step, perfect location

Very convenient for both rail and bus stations. Hotel is good value and I had no complaints about the room including bathroom. The WC sas seperate to the shower / washbasin in my case (room 302) Clean and everything else worked. Only slight complaint was no lift for a 3 storey hotel.

Where was no A/C in the room so in summer it can be hot inside..

For me the hotel is a disappointment because I needed a long-term stay but there is no mini fridge in the room. There's a cabinet for a fridge but it's clearly not important for the company to provide one. I will say it is nice place to stay if you need s short stay. Also, the restroom radiator would not operate for three 2 nights I stayed and there's was no good reason for why not.

Was there on a 10 day business trip. Hotel staff was excellent. Hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning offers ample variety of good food. Also very tasty lunch and dinner options. About a 25 minute walk to the town square or 5 bucks by cab which there are plenty. Sound proofing between walls is not great.

Stayed in single room for one night. Was clean and warm. Main front door was unsecure which made me feel a bit vulnerable in a new city. Bed comfy. No curtains in room which made me feel exposed when getting dressed. Great location

The positive and the negative is the location. It is right on the Rynek so it is close to all the sight .s in Rzeszów. But that makes it also in firing line for the late night pubs and clubs and restaurants. Noisy, very noisy. You need earplugs. The rooms are nice and the service if you need them are also very nice.

Stopped over at this hotel for the night, last minute booking. Receptionist was very helpful and told us parking was available and also told where to get breakfast in the morning. Room was fine, except no curtains in the bathroom and in the bedroom they didn’t close, very strange! Other than that all good. Breakfast was nice and set us up for the day.
